K-State at No. 7 Minnesota Cancelled Saturday

MINNEAPOLIS – Due to excessive heat inside Maturi Pavilion and a concern for players' safety, K-State at No. 7 Minnesota has been cancelled with no makeup date, K-State and Minnesota officials announced Saturday.

The match was originally postponed after Minnesota officials determined the conditions to be unplayable, but a makeup date, time and location could not be agreed upon.

The Wildcats will return home to Ahearn Field House for its Big 12 opener with Texas on Wednesday, September 19 at 6 p.m.
