MANHATTAN, Kansas -  Kansas State begins Big 12 play this weekend, as the Wildcats host defending league champion Baylor on Thursday night at 7 p.m., and Texas on Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m.

• Thursday's match is "Old Town Road" Night. The first 200 K-State students will receive a purple K-State cowboy hat. K-State students can earn points for their Cat Communities and win additional prizes.
• Sunday's match is Fort Riley Day and National Coffee Day. The K-State women's soccer team will honor the men and women of Fort Riley. All active duty military and veterans can purchase a general admission ticket for $3 at the gate. Also, the first 250 fans to the match will receive a free cup of coffee.
• Both matches will be broadcast on Big 12 Now on ESPN+ and available on 101.5 KROCK in Manhattan and kstatesports.com. Brian Smoller (play-by-play), Oscar Montenegro (analyst), Bridget Howard (sideline) and Anna Christianson (sideline) will call the matches.

Weekend in Review
• Kansas State closed out non-conference action on September 21, as the Wildcats hosted seventh-ranked BYU.
• The Cougars blanked the Wildcats with a 5-0 win.
• BYU held a 29-9 advantage in total shots and a 13-2 lead in shots on goal.

Shots, Shots and More Shots
• Kansas State has piled up the total shot attempts in non-conference action this season.
• K-State ranks 36th in the nation and fourth in the Big 12 in shots per game at 16.4.
• The Wildcats have three matches this season with 20 or more shots including a season-high 27 shots against Arkansas State on August 29. The 27 shots rank tied for second in program history for a single match.
• In the 2018 season, K-State had a total of three matches with 20 or more total shots.

K-State Posts Blank Scoresheets
• K-State has registered 20 shutouts in its four seasons of action. Kansas State owns an all-time record of 14-0-6 in games allowing zero goals. The Wildcats registered a school record six shutouts in the 18 matches of the 2018 season.
• Of the 20 shutouts in program history, two goalkeepers own 19 of them. Miranda Larkin set the school record for career shutouts with 10, while current senior goalkeeper Emma Malsy has the other nine. Rachel Harris was the first keeper other than Larkin and Malsy to pocket a K-State shutout.
• Malsy is responsible for three of the four shutouts in the 2019 season.
• Defensively, the Wildcats allowed a shots on goal percentage of .329 in the six shutouts of 2018 including four efforts below 40.0 percent. Malsy also set the program record for shutouts in a season, as she was credited with all six.

Cramer Top Point Scorer at K-State
• Senior forward Katie Cramer owns the ultimate piece of K-State soccer history and continues to ascend the K-State career charts.
• Cramer has registered a career-best three goals this season and is tied with Laramie Hall for the team lead and the record for goals in a season by a senior.
• She scored a pair at Creighton in the season-opener. She was the first K-State player to score two or more goals in a season-opener in program history.
• In K-State's four season-openers, Cramer has scored three goals including the first goal in program history at Saint Louis on August 19, 2016, converting directly on a corner kick.
• Cramer is the second player in program history to score two or more goals in a match, joining Brookelynn Entz (vs. Central Arkansas, 9/8/17).
• The product of Goddard, Kansas, is the first player in program history with 20 or more points scored in a career. She holds the career record with 20 points (7 goals & 6 assists).
• She is tied for the all-time program lead for career goals with seven. She is tied for second for assists (6).
• In the 2018 season, Cramer tied for the team lead in goals (2) and led the Wildcats in assists (3) and points (7).
• Cramer set a new career season-high for goals, assists and points in a season. She owns the school record for assists by a junior and total points by a junior.
• In 2017, Cramer registered five points with a goal and career-best three assists. She ranked second on the team in assists and led the team in assists in Big 12 action with two.
