MANHATTAN, Kan. – K-State finishes off its Arizona trip Tuesday night, as the No. 24 Wildcats take on the Arizona State Sundevils at Phoenix Municipal Stadium for a 7:30 p.m. CT game start.

K-State (2-1) heads into the week with a two-game win streak with victories over Boston College and Georgetown at the fifth annual MLB Desert Invitational in Scottsdale, Ariz.

The Wildcats will send left-handed starter Owen Boerema (0-0) to the hill for his second start of the season. In his first season with K-State, Boerema finished 7-2 with 15 weekend starts and a team-best 95 strikeouts.Â

The Cats and Sundevils (2-1) will meet for the first time since 2009, while ASU owns a 4-2 edge in the all-time series. K-State and ASU spilt the series in 2009, with the Sundevils claiming the final meeting 12-1.
