Men Compete in First Day of NCAA Championship

Hannah Stewart will compete on day two in the 3,000 meter steeplechase

EUGENE, Ore. – The men's 4x400 relay competed in the first day of the NCAA Championship on Wednesday (June 5) at Hayward Field, earning All-American honorable mention.
  
The relay team, with freshman Nen Matlock, senior Jaimie Omalla, freshman Tyrique Lewis, running in place of Eugene Omalla, and senior Kyle Gale, ran a time of 3:08.86 in 22nd place.
 
On day two of competition on Thursday (June 6), senior Hannah Stewart will compete in the 3,000 meter steeplechase semifinals at 8:02 p.m. CT.
 
Thursday's events will be broadcast on ESPN 2, with field events being streamed individually on ESPN+.
