AS A SENIOR (2023-24)
OUTDOOR

Earned All-American honorable mention during his first NCAA Championship (6/5-8/24), his 4x400 relay team running a time of 3:08.86 in 22^nd place.
Helped set a new outdoor 4x400 relay school record at the NCAA West Preliminary (5/22-25/24) with a time of 3:03.15, finishing 5^th.
Medaled with his 4x400 relay team at the Big 12 Championship (5/9-11/24) with a 5^th place time of 3:05.90. He also ran in the 400m dash in 47.36 seconds, placing 18^th.
Recorded his 100m dash personal best at the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) in 10.51 seconds as runner-up, also winning the 200m dash in 21.21 seconds.
During the Mt SAC Relays (4/17-18/24) he ran in the collegiate 400m dash in 47.76 seconds. Also ran in the 4x400 elite relay where his team finished 4^th in 3:04.42.
In his first meet of the season at the Jim Click Shootout (4/5-6/24) his 4x400 relay team won with a time of 3:04.66, no. 4 in the K-State all-time top-10. He also ran in the 400m dash in 48.08 seconds.

INDOOR

Earned Second Team All-American honors at the NCAA Championship (3/7-9/24) in Boston, his 4x400 relay team finishing 10^th with a time of 3:05.39.
Recorded his 400m dash personal best at the Big 12 Championship (2/23-24/24) in the preliminary round in 46.81 seconds in 14^th place.
Ran in his first 400m dash of the season during the Tyson Invitational (2/9-10/24) in 47.18 seconds in 21^stplace out of 60.
Broke the indoor 4x400 men's relay school record during the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) as the third leg of the race with a time of 3:04.84.
At the Texas Tech Corky Classic (1/19-20/24) he ran in the 4x400 relay where his team finished 2^nd in 3:06.16 (altitude).
In his first meet as a Wildcat at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/12/24) he ran in the mixed 4x400 relay where the team finished with a time of 3:27.93.

AS A SENIOR AT SE LOUISIANA (2022-23)

Won the 400m dash at the DU & XU Meet (5/11/23) in 46.97 seconds.
His 4x400 relay team won at the Southland Conference Championship (5/4-6/23) with a time of 3:06.48.
Recorded a new 200m dash personal best at the LSU Alumni Gold (4/22/23) in 21.13 (1.0) seconds.
At the LSU Battle on the Bayou (3/25/23) he ran his fastest 100m dash in 10.55 (1.6) seconds.
During the LSU Twilight (2/17/23) he recorded his fastest 60m dash in 6.94 seconds.

AS A JUNIOR AT SE LOUISIANA (2021-22)

Competed with his 4x400 relay team at the NCAA East Preliminary (5/25-28/22) with a time of 3:09.97 in the preliminary round.
Finished 4^th in the 400m dash at the Southland Conference Championship (5/6-8/22) in 47.46 seconds.
