Recorded a new weight throw personal best at the Bob TImmons Challenge (12/2/23) with a runner-up throw of 21.20m, now tied for no. 4 in the K-State all-time top-10.

AS A JUNIOR (2022-23)
OUTDOOR

Earned her first First-Team All-American honors while breaking the new K-State women's hammer throw school record at the NCAA Championships (6/7-10/23). She finished 4^th with a throw of 69.89m, more than five feet further than her previous best and previous school record.
During the NCAA West Preliminary (5/24-27/23) she finished runner up in the hammer throw with a throw of 68.18m, breaking her previous best from 2021 at LSU.
Medaled in the hammer throw at the Big 12 Championships (5/12-14/23) as runner up with a distance of 67.09m, her best of the season.
Won the hammer throw at the Rock Chalk Classic (4/29/23) with a distance of 64.76m.
At the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13-15/23) she competed in the hammer throw elite where she finished 6^thwith a throw of 67.03m, just shy of her personal best.
Competed in the hammer throw at two meets in a weekend, at the Texas Relays (3/29-4/1/23) she finished 3^rd with a throw of 65.06m, and at the Bobcat Invitational (3/31-4/1/23) she finished 2^nd with a distance of 65.94m.
In the first outdoor meet of the season at the UTSA Invitational (3/17-18/23) she competed in the hammer throw with a 2^nd place finish of 59.23m.

INDOOR

Medaled during the Big 12 Championships (2/24-25/23) with a 3^rd place weight throw distance of 20.31m.
At the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/20-21/23) she competed in the weight throw with a 3rd place distance of 19.24m.
During the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/13/23) she finished 2^nd in the weight throw with a distance of 19.33m.
Finished 3^rd in the weight throw at the K-State Winter Invitational (12/10/22) with a distance of 19.86m.

AS A JUNIOR (2021-22)
OUTDOOR

Went to the NCAA West Preliminaries (5/25-28/22) where she placed 15^th in the hammer throw with a distance of 62.42m.
At the Big 12 Championships (5/13-15/22) she finished 2^nd in the weight throw at 66.17m.
Won the hammer throw during the Jim Click Shootout (4/8-9/22) with a distance of 63.79m.

INDOOR

Threw the weight throw at 20.47m in consecutive meets, at the Iowa State Classic (2/11-12/22) and Big 12 Championships (2/25-26/22), finishing 2^nd both times.
Recorded her weight throw personal best in a 3^rd place finish at the Texas Tech Open (1/28-29/22) at 20.71m.
Won the weight throw at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/14/22) with a distance of 20.20m.

AS A SOPHOMORE AT LSU (2020-21)

Earned Second-Team All-American honors at the NCAA Championships (6/9-12/21) in the hammer throw placing 14^th with a final distance of 65.95m.
Competed in the NCAA East Preliminaries (5/26-29/21) in the hammer throw with a 3^rd place finish at 66.06m.
Won the hammer throw at the SEC Championships (5/13-15/21) with a distance of 67.17m.
Won the hammer throw in the LSU Battle on the Bayou (4/3/21) at 66.00m.
In her first hammer throw attempt at the Louisiana Classic (3/19-20/21) she took 2^nd with a distance of 63.02m.

INDOOR

During the SEC Championships (2/25-27/21) she finished 6^th in the weight throw at 20.65m.
In her first meet of the season she took 3^rd place in the weight throw at the Wooo Pig Classic (1/22/21) with a distance of 19.55m.

Competed in the SEC Championships (2/28-29/20) with a weight throw distance of 18.01m.
In consecutive meets she finished 2^nd in the weight throw, at the Corky Classic (1/17-18/20) at 16.95m and at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational (1/24-25/20) at 18.27m.
In her first meet at the LSU Purple Tiger (1/10/20) she placed 3^rd in the weight throw with a distance of 18.89m.
