Competed in the shot put at the NCAA West Prelims (5/28-31/25) with a throw of 15.56m in 25^th place.
Medaled at the Big 12 Championship (5/15-17/25) in 7^th place with a distance of 15.96m.
Won the shot put at the Ward Haylett Invite (5/9/25) with a throw of 16.30m.
Threw her best shot put of the year at the Drake Relays (4/23-26/25) championship division where she finished 4^th with a throw of 16.39m.
Won the shot put in a consecutive meet at the Oregon Team Invite (4/19/25) with a distance of 15.85m.
Won the shot put in the first meet of the season at the KT Woodman Classic (4/11-12/25) with a throw of 15.76m.

INDOOR

Competed at the Big 12 Championship (2/28-3/1/25) in the shot put with a 10^th place distance of 15.12m.
During the Tyson Invite (2/14-15/25) she competed in the shot put with a throw of 16.05m in 13^th place.
At the Steve Miller Invite (2/7/25) she finished 4^th in the shot put with a season best throw of 16.30m.
Finished runner-up in the shot put during the DeLoss Dodds Invite (1/31-2/1/25) with a season best throw of 15.91m.
Competed in the shot put at the Red Raider Invite (1/24/25) with a 4^th place distance of 15.80m.
Won the shot put during the first meet of the season at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/27/25) with a throw of 15.74m.

AS A SENIOR (2023-24)
OUTDOOR

Competed at the NCAA West Preliminary (5/22-25/24) where she recorded a new shot put personal best at 16.44m, finishing 25^th, tied for no. 5 in the K-State all-time top-10.
Medaled in the shot put at the Big 12 Championship (5/9-11/24) with an 8^th place throw of 15.70m.
Won the shot put at the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) with a throw of 16.34m.
During the Mt SAC Relays (4/17-20/24) she competed in the elite shot put with a distance of 15.13m.
At the Jim Click Shootout (4/5-6/24) she competed in the shot put with a 6^th place distance of 16.13m.
Won the shot put at the Shocker Spring Invitational (3/29-30/24) with a throw of 16.32m, two feet further than her previous best.
To start the outdoor season at the Hurricane Invitational (3/15-16/24) she competed in the shot put with a 7^th place throw of 15.63m.

INDOOR

Competed in the shot put at the Big 12 Championship (2/23-24/24) with a throw of 14.96m in 14^th place.
At the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) she competed in the shot put with a 7^th place throw of 15.01m.
Won the shot put at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/12/24) with a new personal best throw of 15.52m, six inches better than her previous.
In the first meet of the season at the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/2/23) she finished 3^rd in the shot put with a throw of 15.30m.

AS A JUNIOR (2022-23)
OUTDOOR

Recorded her shot put personal best at the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6/23) with a distance of 15.37m, better than her previous from last April.
At the Rock Chalk Classic (4/29/23) she competed in the shot put with a distance of 14.30m, placing 5^th.
In the first outdoor meet of the season at the UTSA Invitational (3/17-18/23) she competed in the shot put with a 6^th place distance of 14.55m.

INDOOR

In the Big 12 Championships (2/24-25/23) she competed in the shot put with a distance of 13.44m.
Competed in the shot put at the Tyson Invitational (2/10-11/23) with a distance of 13.72m, placing 21^st out of 30 competitors.
At the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/20-21/23) she threw the shot put a distance of 13.73m, finishing 4^th.
During the K-State Winter Invitational (12/10/22) she competed in the shot put with a distance of 14.22m.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2021-22)
OUTDOOR

Competed in the Big 12 Championships (5/13-15/22) with shot put throw of 14.37m.
During the John Jacobs Invitational (4/22-23/22) she competed in the shot put with a distance of 14.95m.

INDOOR

In her best shot put attempt of the season she recorded a 3^rd place finish at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/18/22) with a distance of 14.34m.
In consecutive meets at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/21-22/22) and the Texas Tech Open (1/28-29/22) she recorded a shot put throw of 14.10m, with a 3^rd and 2^nd place finish.

AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21)
OUTDOOR

In one of her two meets during the season at the UTSA Invitational (3/18-20/21) she recorded her hammer throw personal best at 50.68m.

INDOOR

Recorded her weight throw personal best during the Steve Miller Invitational (2/20/21) with a distance of 16.50m.
At the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/29-30/21) she finished in the top-three in two events, the shot put at 2^nd with 13.27m and in the weight throw with a 3^rd place 16.48m.
In her first meet at the K-State Wildcat Invitational (1/9/21) she won the shot put with a distance of 14.35m.

PRIOR TO K-STATE

Attended Jefferson County high school.
2019 Tennessee State Indoor shot put champion.
Shot put throw of 46 feet is second best in state of Tennessee, 35^th in the nation.
Competed in the New Balance National meet in Greensboro, N.C.
