AS A SENIOR (2024-25)
OUTDOOR

Advanced to the 400m hurdles quarterfinal race at the NCAA West Prelims (5/28-31/25) with a preliminary time of 57.67 seconds. In the quarterfinal race she finished 19^th in 58.38 seconds.
At the Big 12 Championship (5/15-17/25) she finished 10^th in the 400m hurdles preliminary race in 58.51 seconds. She also ran in the 4x400 relay where the team finished with a time of 3:39.81.
Won the 400m hurdles with a new personal best at the Ward Haylett Invite (5/9/25) by more than two seconds in 57.49, tied for the no. 5 fastest time in the K-State all-time top-10.
Ran in the 400m hurdles at the Drake Relays (4/23-26/25) in the university event in 59.68 seconds in 4^th place.
Competed in the Oregon Open (4/18/25) in the 400m hurdles in 1:00.23 in 6^th place.
Started the season at the KT Woodman Classic (4/11-12/25) as runner-up in the 400m hurdles in 59.92 seconds.

INDOOR

At the Tyson Invite (2/14-15/25) she ran in the 400m dash in 56.87 seconds.
During the Steve Miller Invite (2/7/25) she ran in the 400m dash in 56.91 seconds in 5^th place.
Ran in the 600 yards unattached at the DeLoss Dodds Invite (1/31-2/1/25) in a time of 1:23.56 in 7^th place.
Competed unattached at the Thane Baker Invite (1/18/25) in the 600 yards with a time of 1:25.74, finishing 4^th.

AS A JUNIOR (2023-24)
OUTDOOR

Reached the 400m hurdles final during the Big 12 Championship (5/9-11/24) with a preliminary time of 1:00.42, finishing 9^th in the final race with a time of 1:02.64.
During the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) she finished runner-up in the 400m hurdles in 1:01.85.
Ran in the 400m hurdles at the Mt SAC Relays (4/17-20/24) with a time of 1:04.67. She also ran in the 4x400 elite relay where her team finished with a time of 3:42.01.
Finished under a minute in 400m hurdles at the Jim Click Shootout (4/5-6/24) in 59.81 seconds in 7^th place. Also ran in the 4x400 relay, her team finishing with a time of 3:45.60.
Finished runner-up in the 400m dash at the Shocker Spring Invitational (3/29-30/24) in 55.96 seconds and ran in the 200m dash for the first time in 25.34 seconds in 5^th place.
At the Hurricane Invitational (3/15-16/24) she ran in the 300m dash in 39.95 seconds, also running in the 4x400 relay, her team finishing in 3:43.45 in 4^th place.

INDOOR

Ran in the 4x400 relay at the Big 12 Championship (2/23-24/24), the team running with a time of 3:43.13 in 12^th place.
Recorded her 400m dash personal best at the Tyson Invitational (2/9-10/24) in 55.89 seconds.
During the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) she ran in the 400m dash in 56.06 seconds in 5^th place.
At the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/12/24) she competed in the 400m dash for the first time, finishing in 6^th place in 58.57 seconds.
Competed in her first indoor meet at the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/2/23) running in the 60m hurdles in 9 seconds for 9^th place and in the 4x400 relay with her team's winning time of 3:49.04.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2022-23)
OUTDOOR

During the NCAA West Preliminary (5/14-17/23) she ran in the 4x400 relay where her team finished 21^st with a time of 3:40.66.
Competed in the 400m hurdles at the Big 12 Championships (5/12-14/23) with a preliminary time of 1:01.21, also ran in the 4x400 relay where her team finished 8^th in 3:38.33.
At the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6/23) she finished runner-up in the 400m hurdles in 1:01.03.
Finished runner-up in the 400m hurdles at the Rock Chalk Classic (4/29/23) with a time of 1:01.11, also running in the 4x400 relay where her team took 4^th in 3:46.56.
Competed in the 400m hurdles at the Michael Johnson Invitational (4/21-22/23) with a time of 1:01.68, also running in the 4x400 relay where her team finished 6^th in 3:36.70.
In her first meet as a Wildcat at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13-15/23), she competed in the 4x400m relay elite where her team finished 10^th with a time of 3:39.57.
