MANHATTAN, Kansas - (12/15) K-State (25-4, 13-3 Big 12) caps its 2024-25 regular season home schedule on Monday, as the WIldcats host (19/22) Baylor (24-5, 14-2) at 6 p.m.

• The Wildcats enter Monday's game with a 17-game home winning streak. This is tied for the fifth-longest home court winning streak in program history and tied for the second-longest at Bramlage Coliseum. A win Monday would tie for the fourth-longest overall home win streak for K-State and tie for the longest in Bramlage.

1. Cats Set Season Assist Record 
• K-State has led the nation in assists for most of the season and recently pocketed the school season record for assists. The Wildcats have dished out 640 assists breaking the record set last season of 631.
2. No Place Like Home
• K-State has won 17 games in Bramlage this season (17-0). This marks the fourth straight season with 15 or more home wins. Over the last two seasons, the Wildcats are 33-2 (.943) in Bramlage.
3. Sundell Moves into Top-5
• All-America candidate Serena Sundell has moved into fourth in school history for assists in a single season with a career-high 211. With 19 assists, Sundell will set the school record for assists in a season.

• Seniors Ayoka Lee, Serena Sundell and Jaelyn Glenn are among the top-10 in program history for career starts. Lee holds the school record with 133 career starts, while Sundell ranks second with 132 career starts and Glenn is tied for fifth with 128 career starts.
• Lee is third in program history for career games played with 133. Sundell ranks fourth for career games played (132) and Glenn ranks tied for fifth (131).
• Sundell is second in school history for career minutes played with 4,309 and tied for sixth for minutes per game (32.6).
• Glenn ranks fifth for career minutes played with 4,127.

Wildcats Solid From the Arc
• K-State has continued to attack from deep in the 2024-25 season.
• For the season, K-State is shooting 39.9 percent (256-of-642) from 3-point range. The Wildcats lead the Big 12 and are second in the nation in 3-point field goal percentage and are third in the Big 12 and 18th in the nation for 3-point field goals made (8.83). K-State is receiving 32.8 percent of its total points (768 points) from made 3-point field goals this season.
• The Wildcats registered a season-high 15 connections from 3-point range at Kansas on Feb. 2 with a percentage of 65.2.
• The Wildcats registered 14 connections on 20 attempts from 3-point range against UCF on Feb. 15 for a season-high 70.0 percent effort. Since 2009-10 season, the percentage of 70.0 is the highest in program history (min. 20 attempts), the only Big 12 team to shoot 70.0 percent or better on 20 or more attempts and the eighth team in the nation to achieve the feat.
• K-State's 256 three-point field goals made ranks fourth in program history for 3-pointers made in a single season. K-State's 3-point field goal percentage of .399 would rank second in school history for a season. 
• In the Jeff Mittie era, the Wildcats have made five or more 3-pointers in a game 255 times in 354 total games including 50 games with 10 or more connections (w-l: 44-6) from deep.
• This season, K-State made 10 or more 3-pointers in five straight games (Dec. 1-18) for the first time in program history.
• The trio of Taryn Sides (74), Temira Poindexter (72) and Jaelyn Glenn (60) are the fourth set of K-State teammates and first since 2012-13 to make 50 or more 3-pointers in a season.
• In the 11 seasons under Mittie, K-State has buried 2,230 three-pointers which is 6.30 per game.

Sharing is Caring
• K-State remains unselfish in its play in the 2024-25 season.
• The Wildcats are averaging 22.1 assists per game and own an assisted shot rate of 71.6. K-State leads the nation for assists per game, second in the nation and leads the Big 12 for assist/turnover ratio (1.74) and is second in the nation for assisted shot rate.
• Since assists became an officially tracked stat in 1981-82, K-State has registered an assisted shot rate of 60.0 percent or higher at the end of a season 24 times in its history.
• The Wildcats have handed out 20 or more assists in 20 games this season (20-0) including a season-high 30 assists on 37 made field goals against DePaul on Nov. 27. The 30 assists were the most since carding 30 against UIW on Dec. 3, 2019.
• Over the last 17 years, the Wildcats are 112-8 (.933) when handing out 20 or more assists.
Serena Sundell (211) and Zyanna Walker (110) have combined to dish out 321 assists this season. They are the third duo in program history to combine for 300 or more assists in a season and rank second in school history with their assist total.
• K-State features four players with 50 or more assists this season: Sundell (211), Walker (110), Jaelyn Glenn (88) and Taryn Sides (87). If Temira Poindexter (49) reaches 50 assists this season, this would mark the fourth time in program history with five or more players with 50 or more assists.

Poindexter with Points
• Senior Temira Poindexter has sparked K-State offensively since joining the squad this summer after transferring in from Tulsa.
• This season, Poindexter is third on the team in scoring with 12.7 points per game on a .486 field goal percentage, including a career-high .416 three-point percentage. She has recorded a career-high 58.5 percent of her points this season from beyond the arc.
• In Big 12 action, Poindexter leads the team in scoring at 14.0 points per game on a .506 field goal percentage including a .465 effort from beyond the arc. She owns 12 games in Big 12 action with 10 or more points including two with 20 or more points. 
• At BYU on Jan. 11, the product of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, registered a personal season-high 24 points on 9-of-14 shooting.
• In her collegiate career, Poindexter has tallied 1,929 points (15.8 ppg). A season ago as a Golden Hurricane, Poindexter carded 734 (21.0 ppg) points and ranked seventh in the nation for total points and 16th in the nation for points per game.

Sundell 2nd for Career Assists
Serena Sundell has established herself at the point for K-State with her distribution skills.
• Sundell, a 2024-25 Lieberman Award Top-10 selection, owns a career assist total of 760 and ranks second on the K-State career list and eighth on the Big 12 career assists list. She is the second player in school history with 700 or more career assists.
• Sundell, a 2023-24 All-Big 12 First Team recipient, ranks second in school history for career assists per game at 5.76. She ranks third in the nation among active NCAA Division I players for career assists and fifth in the nation among active NCAA Division I players for career assists per game.
• She has a school record 88 career games with five or more assists including 12 games with 10 or more assists and a career-high of 15 assists. She ranks third in program history for career games with 10 or more assists.
• Her career assist to turnover ratio of 1.85 is third in program history (min. 100 career assists).
• This season, Sundell is averaging a career-high 7.28 assists per game and is second in the nation and leads the Big 12. She leads the nation for total assists with a career-high 211. She is second in the Big 12 for assist/turnover ratio and ranks 20th in the nation (2.54). In Big 12-only games, Sundell leads the league in assists per game (7.69) and is fifth for assist/turnover ratio (2.16).
• Against Kansas on Feb. 22, Sundell set a new career-high and set the school record for assists in a single-game with 15.
• Her combined assist total from the 2024-25 (211) and 2023-24 (189) seasons of 400 ranks third in program history for most assists over consecutive seasons.

No Side Eye for Sides
• Guard Taryn Sides has kept the offensive attack rolling in her time on the floor.
• This season, Sides is shooting a career-high 46.3 percent from 3-point range (74-of-160). She ranks sixth in the nation and leads the Big 12 for 3-point percentage. She ranks third in the Big 12 and 29th in the nation for 3-point field goals made per game (2.64). Sides has tallied 79.0 percent of her points this season from beyond the arc.
• Among sophomores in the nation, Sides is the national leader for 3-point percentage and is third with 74 three-point field goals made.
• Sides ranks third in program history for 3-point field goals made in a sophomore season. She is the fifth player in program history and ranks fourth (+48) to improve her made 3-pointers by 40 or more from one season to the next in program history.
• Sides has boosted her career 3-point field goal percentage to .420, which is second in school history (min. 2 attempts/game). She has made two or more 3-pointers in a game 28 times, including eight games with four or more.
