Season in Review
• Playing its 57th season, K-State (28-8, 13-5 Big 12) registered the 19th NCAA Tournament bid, the 35th postseason overall, including the fourth Sweet 16 appearance and first since 2002.Â
• K-State's 28 wins tied for the second most wins in a single season in program history.
• Under the guidance of 11th year head coach Jeff Mittie, K-State made its ninth postseason appearance since 2014-15. With his efforts on the sideline this season, Mittie was named to the 2024-25 Werner Ladder Naismith Women's Coach of the Year Late Season Watch List.
• The Wildcats were ranked in both the Associated Press (AP) and USA Today Coaches polls for the entirety of a season for the first time since 2004-05. K-State ended the season ranked 13 in the AP poll and 15 in the Coaches poll.
• K-Stateled the Big 12 in scoring offense (78.94), scoring margin (+20.08), field goal percentage (.486), 3-point field goal percentage (.386), field goal percentage defense (.367), assists per game (21.19) and assist-turnover ratio (1.63).
• K-State ranked 18th in the nation in total attendance (94,975) and 19th in the nation in average attendance (5,276).
• K-State was led by 2025 Associated Press honorable mention All-Americans Serena Sundell and Ayoka Lee, 2025 All-Big 12 Third Team selection Temira Poindexter and 2025 All-Big 12 Honorable Mention recipient Jaelyn Glenn.
• This was the first time in program history the roster featured a career 2,500-point scorer (Lee), a career 2,000-point scorer (Poindexter), a career 1,500-point scorer (Sundell) and a career 1,000-point scorer (Jaelyn Glenn and Kennedy Taylor) at the same time.
• Sundell averaged a career-high 14.1 points on a .501 field goal percentage, and dished out a career-high 7.3 assists to lead the nation.Â
• Sundell's assist total of 262 set the school record for a season, led the nation and ranked third in Big 12 history for a single-season.
• Lee, an All-Big 12 Second Team selection, led the Wildcats by averaging 15.4 points on a career-high .631 field goal percentage, 6.5 rebounds and 2.1 blocks. In early December, Lee collected the career scoring record at K-State and finished with 2,533 points which is tied for the fifth-highest total in Big 12 history.
• Poindexter, in her only season with the Wildcats, averaged 12.5 points on a career-best .455 field goal percentage including a career-high 92 connections from long range on a career-high .400 three-point percentage.
• Glenn averaged 9.7 points with career-highs of .481 from the field and .436 from 3-point range. She surpassed the 1,000-point total in her K-State career on Jan. 1 at Houston.
• Sundell and Taryn Sides were named College Sports Communicators Academic All-District VII selections. Sundell earned the honor for the third time in her career, while Sides garnered her first selection.

• This was the seventh season under head coach Jeff Mittie in which K-State blocked 150 or more shots. Prior to Mittie's arrival in 2014-15, K-State had blocked 150 or more shots in a season four times since blocks became an official stat in 1982-83.
• K-State had a blocked shot differential of +105 in the 2024-25 season (206-101), also a school record. K-State has 23 seasons with a positive blocked shot differential.
• K-State featured seven players with 10 or more blocks this season, including Ayoka Lee with 46.

Mittie Ends 11th Season at K-State
• Jeff Mittie, one of the winningest active coaches in NCAA Division I with over 650 career wins, is in his 11th season at the helm of the K-State program.
• Mittie, the ninth head women's basketball coach in K-State history, owns an overall career record of 672-378 (.640) in 33 years as a head coach, including a 218-143 (.604) mark in his time at K-State. He has won 19 or more games in eight of his 11 seasons with K-State.
• Mittie is a two-time Werner Ladder Naismith Women's Coach of the Year Watch List honoree, 2023-24 and 2024-25.
• His 672 career wins at NCAA programs ranks 10th among active NCAA Division I head coaches and second among active Big 12 coaches. Mittie registered the 650th win of his coaching career, a 92-66 victory over DePaul on Nov. 27, 2024.
• With his 218 wins at Kansas State, Mittie ranks second for wins at the helm of the K-State program.
• Mittie is the third-longest tenured head coach in K-State women's basketball history and currently the second-longest tenured head coach of any sport at K-State (Patrick Sweeney, rowing; 21 years).
• He has averaged 20.4 wins per season and experienced only two losing seasons in his 33 seasons.
• Mittie has 24 postseason appearances in his career (NCAA or WNIT Tournaments), in which he has a combined record of 26-22 (.542). He ranks second in program history for NCAA Tournament appearances with six, trailing Deb Patterson's program record nine appearances. Mittie is 6-6 in his six NCAA Tournament appearances with the Wildcats.

• K-State's total attendance of 94,975 was the seventh-highest in program history. K-State's average attendance of 5,276 was the seventh-highest in program history.
• The Wildcats registered a 14-game winning streak from Nov. 27, 2024, to Jan. 25, 2025. This was tied for the second-longest winning streak in program history.
• Kansas State opened the season with a 19-1 overall record. This was the second straight season the Wildcats won 19 of its first 20 games.
• K-State tallied a 17-1 (.944) mark at home. The 17 home wins were the most since the 2002-03 season (19-1).
• The Wildcats set the school record for games with 90 or more points scored with 10.
• K-State set the school record for scoring margin in a season with an average of +20.1.Â

• This season marked the first time in program history in which K-State had three players make 70 or more 3-point field goals in a season: Poindexter (92), Sides (84) and Glenn (72).
• K-State handed out a school record and the third most assists in Big 12 history with 763 in the 2024-25 season, the fourth time in program history with 600 or more assists in a season.
• K-State's 21.19 assists per game set a school record for a single season. The Wildcats handed out 20 or more assists in 22 games (22-0).
• K-State's assisted shot rate of 70.3 percent was the second-highest in the Mittie era and ranked third in the nation in 2024-25. Since assists became an officially tracked stat in 1981-82, K-State has registered an assisted shot rate of 60.0 percent or higher at the end of a season 25 times in its history.
• K-State set the school records for blocked shots (206) and blocks per game (5.7) for a season in the 2024-25 season.
• K-State recorded 307 steals and 206 blocked shots this season. This was the first time in program history K-State achieved 300 or more steals and 200 or more blocks in the same season.
• The Wildcats were the only team in the Big 12 this season with 300 or more steals and 200 or more blocks and one of three in the nation (USC and South Carolina).Â
• Serena Sundell became the first player in program history to average 10.0 or more points and 5.0 or more assists in four or more seasons.
• Sundell surpassed the 1,500-point mark in her career and concluded her time in Manhattan ranked sixth in program history for career points with 1,771.
• Sundell was the first player in program history with 500 or more points and 250 or more assists in a season. She was the third player since 1993-94 in NCAA Division I WBB to card a season with 500 or more points, 250 or more assists and shoot 50.0 percent or better from the field.
• Sundell became the second player the 57-season history of the program to shoot 50.0 percent or better from the field and dish out 5.0 assists or more in two or more seasons (Shalee Lehning, 3x).
• Sundell's 262 assists this season were a school record for a season, a school record for a senior season and led the nation. Her 7.3 assists per game led the nation and ranks second in school history for a season.
• Sundell (262) and Zyanna Walker (122) combined for 384 assists this season, which set the school record for combined assists by two players in a season and was the third time in program history that two players combined for 300 or more assists in a season.
• Ayoka Lee set the K-State career scoring record and tied for fifth in Big 12 history by completing her career with 2,533 career points.
• Lee was the first player in program history to register five seasons with averages of 10 or more points and five or more rebounds.
• Lee finished her career with 356 blocked shots, which is the school record and fourth in Big 12 history.
• Lee ended her career with 65 double-doubles, which is the school record and tied for second in Big 12 history.
• Jaelyn Glenn became the 46th player in program history to score 1,000 or more points as a Wildcat and finished the season ranked 27th with 1,203 points.
• Glenn tallied 227 career 3-point field goals made and ranked eighth in program history for career 3-pointers made.
• Glenn moved into the top-five in program history for career steals, ranking fourth with 265.
• Glenn finished her career with 320 assists and ranked 15th in school history.
• Glenn concluded her career with 617 rebounds and ranked 19th in school history.

K-State Among the Rankings
• K-State checks in at number 13 in the final Associated Press (AP) top-25 poll of the 2024-25 season.
• Since making its poll debut on Nov. 20, 2023, K-State has been ranked for 40 consecutive weeks. This is the longest consecutive streak for K-State since being ranked for 69 straight weeks from the end of the 2001-02 season to the end of the 2004-05 season.Â
• In its history, K-State has now been ranked for a total of 214 weeks in the AP poll, including 64 weeks as a top-10 team.
• As an AP ranked team, K-State owns a 276-102 (.730) record.Â
• Kansas State made its 2024-25 preseason debut at 13th in the AP top-25 poll. This was the fourth time in program history and the first time since the 2004-05 season that K-State appeared in the AP preseason poll. This was the program's highest preseason ranking since 2003-04 when the Wildcats entered the season ranked fifth.
• The Wildcats checked in at 15th in the final USA Today/WBCA Coaches Poll of 2024-25.Â
• The Wildcats have been ranked in 40 straight USA Today/WBCA Coaches Polls dating back to Nov. 20, 2023.Â
• K-State debuted in the Coaches poll in the 2024-25 preseason at 13th. This was the fourth time K-State has appeared in the preseason Coaches Poll and the first time since 2004-05. This was K-State's highest preseason ranking in the poll since 2003-04 when the Wildcats entered the season ranked fifth.

• Serena Sundell, Ayoka Lee and Jaelyn Glenn are among the top-3 in program history for career starts. Sundell holds the school record with 139 career starts, Lee is second with 136 career starts and Glenn is third with 135 career starts.
• Sundell holds the school record for career games played with 139 while Glenn is second with 138 and Lee is third with 136.
• Sundell finished second in school history for career minutes played with 4,574 and tied for third for minutes per game (32.9).
• Glenn ranked third for career minutes played with 4,380.
Magic Number is 70 Points
• Since the 2014-15 season, K-State is 131-21 (.862) when scoring 70 or more points in a game. The Wildcats have scored 70 or more points in 25 games this season.
• K-State scored a single season school record 2,842 points this season. This was the sixth season in program history with 2,500 or more points scored.
• K-State averaging 78.9 points per game this season and led the Big 12 and ranked 16th in the nation in scoring offense. K-State's field goal percentage of .486 led the league and was fifth in the nation.
• The Wildcats' scoring average of 78.9 ranks second in school history behind the school record of 81.3 in the 1982-83 season.
• The Wildcats scored 90 or more points in a game 10 times this season, which was a school record for games with 90 or more points in a season.
• Under head coach Jeff Mittie, K-State has scored 90 or more points 26 times, including 19 times in the last four seasons.
• K-State tallied a season-high 111 points against Milwaukee on Nov. 20. This was the highest single-game point total in the Mittie era. It was the second-highest single-game point total in program history, trailing the school record of 115 on Dec. 2, 2002, against Arkansas-Pine Bluff.
• The Wildcats recorded 110 points against USC Upstate in a 110-24 win on Dec. 5. This is the first time in program history K-State scored 110 or more points in two or more games in the same season.
• In its history, K-State has scored 100 or more points in a game 30 times (30-0) including seven times under Mittie.
Sky-High Field Goal Percentage
• When K-State shoots 50.0 percent or better in a game during the Jeff Mittie era, they have been victorious. Since the 2014-15 season, the Wildcats are 55-6 (.902) when shooting 50.0 percent or better in a game.
• K-State shot over 50.0 percent in a game 19 times (18-1) this season including a season-best of 60.0 percent (45-of-75) against Milwaukee on Nov. 20. The 60.0 field goal percentage was the fourth-highest under Mittie and highest since Feb. 15, 2023, against Baylor (60.4).
• The Wildcats' 45 made field goals against Milwaukee were the second-most in K-State history, trailing the school record of 46 set on Nov. 23, 1981 against Pacific Christian.
• For the season, the Wildcats shot 48.6 percent from the floor. K-State was fifth in the nation and led the Big 12 in field goal percentage.
• K-State shot 50.0 percent or better in a school record 78 quarters this season including all four quarters in six games.
• The Wildcats registered a season-high field goal percentage in a quarter with an 86.7 percent effort (13-of-15) against West Virginia on March 7. This was the second-highest field goal percentage for a quarter in program history, trailing a 90.0 percent effort against UIW on Dec. 3, 2019.
Nothing Marginal
• K-State set a school record for scoring margin in the 2024-25 season. The Wildcats ended the season with a scoring margin of +20.08, which led the Big 12 and ranked sixth in the nation.
• In its history, K-State has ended a season with a scoring margin of +10.0 or greater 11 times..
• K-State won 24 games this season by 12 or more points including 19 wins by 20 or more points.
• K-State's margin of victory of 86 against USC Upstate on Dec. 5, was the largest in program history, surpassing the previous record of 78 on Dec. 2, 2002, against Arkansas-Pine Bluff.
• The Wildcats registered a margin of victory of 44 against Fairfield in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. This was the largest margin of victory in an NCAA Tournament game in program history and the largest margin in a 5-12 matchup in the history of the NCAA Tournament.Â
• K-State outscored their foes in every quarter this season with its most damage in the third quarter by a margin of +242 (788-546). This was the largest point margin of any quarter by a K-State team since the start of the quarter system in the 2015-16 season. The second-largest was the first quarter this season, by a margin of +231 (712-481).
20-Pt Quarters For the Wildcats
• Since the inception of the quarter system in the 2015-16 season, K-State owns an overall record of 160-65 (.711) when scoring 20 or more points in any quarter in a game.
• Since the 2015-16 season, K-State has registered 377 quarters with 20 or more points with a program record of 68 this season.
• The Wildcats have a 28-3 mark this season when scoring 20 or more points in any quarter of a game.
• K-State scored a season-high 33 points in the third quarter against Milwaukee on November 20 and in the first quarter on March 7 against West Virginia. It was its most points in a quarter since scoring 33 in the third quarter against Oral Roberts on Dec. 18, 2023.
• The 33 points in the first quarter against West Virginia tied the Big 12 Championship record for points in a quarter.
Most Points Scored in a Quarter | 2024-25 Season
Three is not a Crowd, It's a Benefit
• Since 2011-12, when three or more players reach double figures in scoring in the same game, K-State is 200-87 (.697) including a 25-3 record in the 2024-25 season.
• The Wildcats had a season-high six players reach double figures against Milwaukee on Nov. 20.
• The combination of Ayoka Lee and Serena Sundell scored in double figures in 49 of 80 games played together since 2021-22.
• Lee and Sundell combined to score 52 points in a win over New Mexico State on Dec. 18. This is the third time the duo has combined to score 50 or more points in the same game including the school record of 72 against Oklahoma on Jan. 23, 2022.
Wildcats Solid From the Arc
• K-State continued to attack from deep in the 2024-25 season.
• For the season, K-State shot 38.6 percent (307-of-795) from 3-point range. The Wildcats led the Big 12 and were second in the nation in 3-point field goal percentage and were third in the Big 12 and 23rd in the nation for 3-point field goals made per game (8.53).Â
• K-State's 307 three-point field goals made this season rank second in program history for 3-pointers made in a single season and marks the second time in program history K-State has made 300 or more 3-pointers in a season (325; 2012-13). K-State's 3-point field goal percentage of .386 tied for second in school history for a season.Â
• K-State received 32.4 percent of its total points (921 points) from made 3-point field goals this season. This was the highest percentage of points from 3-pointers in the Jeff Mittie era and the fourth time since 2014-15 that K-State received 30.0 percent or more of its points from beyond the arc.
• The Wildcats registered a season-high 15 connections from 3-point range at Kansas on Feb. 2 with a percentage of 65.2.
• The Wildcats registered 14 connections on 20 attempts from 3-point range against UCF on Feb. 15 for a season-high 70.0 percent effort. Since the 2000-01 season, the percentage of 70.0 was the highest in program history (min. 20 attempts) and the 16th team in the nation to achieve the feat.
• Against Kentucky in the second round of the NCAA Tournament, K-State made 14 three-pointers which set the school record for three-pointers made in an NCAA Tournament game.
• In the Mittie era, the Wildcats have made five or more 3-pointers in a game 261 times in 361 total games including 51 games with 10 or more connections (w-l: 45-6) from deep.
• This season, K-State made 10 or more 3-pointers in five straight games (Dec. 1-18) for the first time in program history.
• The trio of Temira Poindexter (92), Taryn Sides (84) and Jaelyn Glenn (72) are the fourth set of K-State teammates to make 50 or more 3-pointers in a season and the first trio to make 70 or more in a season.
• The quintet of Poindexter (92), Sides (84), Glenn (72), Serena Sundell (24) and Zyanna Walker (23) marks the fifth season in program history including the third straight with five or more Wildcats making 20 or more 3-point field goals in a season.
• In the 11 seasons under Mittie, K-State has buried 2,280 three-pointers which is 6.32 per game.
3-Point Field Goals Made in a Season | K-State
K-State Attacking the Paint
• K-State has continued to attack the lane in the 2024-25 season.
• The Wildcats have registered 30 or more points in the lane in 28 games this season including a season-high 56 points in the paint against Milwaukee on Nov. 20 and DePaul on Nov. 27. The 56 points were the most since scoring 58 against McNeese State on Dec. 6, 2023.
• This season, K-State averaged 37.6 points per game (1,352 points) in the paint with 47.6 percent of its points from inside the lane and have outscored its foes in the lane in 26 games. The 1,352 points in the paint are the most scored in the lane under head coach Jeff Mittie.
• This was the fourth consecutive season K-State scored 1,000 or more points in the paint. K-State has scored 1,000 or more points in the paint in five of Mittie's 11 seasons.
Sharing is Caring
• K-State was so unselfish in its play in the 2024-25 season, that the Wildcats set a pair of school records.
• The Wildcats are averaging 21.19 assists per game and own an assisted shot rate of 70.3. K-State was second in the nation for assists per game, second in the nation for assist/turnover ratio (1.63) and third in the nation for assisted shot rate.
• The Wildcats dished out a school record 763 total assists this season, which was second in the nation for total assists. The 763 assists were sixth in Big 12 history for a season. K-State joined Baylor (8x) as the only programs in Big 12 history (1996-present) with 700 or more assists in a season.
• Since assists became an officially tracked stat in 1981-82, K-State has registered an assisted shot rate of 60.0 percent or higher at the end of a season 25 times in its history.
• The Wildcats handed out 20 or more assists in 22 games this season (22-0) including a season-high 30 assists on 37 made field goals against DePaul on Nov. 27. The 30 assists were the most since carding 30 against UIW on Dec. 3, 2019.
• Over the last 17 years, the Wildcats are 114-8 (.934) when handing out 20 or more assists.
• Serena Sundell (262) and Zyanna Walker (122) have combined to dish out 384 assists this season, setting the school record for most combined assists by a tandem.
• K-State featured five players with 50 or more assists this season: Sundell (262), Walker (122), Jaelyn Glenn (110), Taryn Sides (98) and Temira Poindexter (62). This marked the fourth season in program history with five or more players dishing 50 or more assists.
Wildcats' Defense Forges Identity
• K-State continued to be a force on the defensive end during head coach Jeff Mittie's 11th season on the bench.
• This season, K-State limited foes to 58.9 points per game on a .367 field goal percentage. The Wildcats were third in the Big 12 and 58th in the nation in scoring defense and led the Big 12 and rank 20th in the nation in field goal percentage defense.
• The Wildcats held USC Upstate on Dec. 5 to 24 points on a 21.4 field goal percentage. The 24 points were the fewest allowed in the Jeff Mittie era and the fewest since holding Dartmouth to 20 points on Nov. 12, 2011.
• The 21.4 field goal percentage allowed was the lowest since holding Cincinnati to a 20.0 field goal percentage on Dec. 30, 2023.
• The Wildcats held 19 opponents to 60 points or less this season (19-0). Under Mittie, K-State is 145-15 (.906) when holding its foes to 60 points or less including a 65-3 (.956) record over the last four seasons.
• During the last 21 seasons, K-State is 146-3 (.980) when holding an opponent to 49 points or less including a 65-0 mark in the Mittie era. During Mittie's tenure K-State has held 21 opponents to 40 or fewer points.
Cats Send Back Shots Under Mittie
• During the Jeff Mittie era, K-State has dealt out rejection to its opponents including a record total in 2024-25 season.
• This season, K-State averaged a school record 5.7 blocks per game and a single season record total of 206 blocks. The Wildcats ranked second in the Big 12 and seventh in the nation.Â
• K-State was one of seven teams in the nation to feature seven or more players with 10 or more blocks this season - Ayoka Lee (46), Temira Poindexter (36), Serena Sundell (31), Zyanna Walker (25), Imani Lester (19), Eliza Maupin (17) and  Kennedy Taylor (16).

• Playing its 57th season, K-State (28-8, 13-5 Big 12) registered the 19th NCAA Tournament bid, the 35th postseason overall, including the fourth Sweet 16 appearance and first since 2002.Â
• K-State's 28 wins tied for the second most wins in a single season in program history.
• Under the guidance of 11th year head coach Jeff Mittie, K-State made its ninth postseason appearance since 2014-15. With his efforts on the sideline this season, Mittie was named to the 2024-25 Werner Ladder Naismith Women's Coach of the Year Late Season Watch List.
• The Wildcats were ranked in both the Associated Press (AP) and USA Today Coaches polls for the entirety of a season for the first time since 2004-05. K-State ended the season ranked 13 in the AP poll and 15 in the Coaches poll.

• Glenn averaged 9.7 points with career-highs of .481 from the field and .436 from 3-point range. She surpassed the 1,000-point total in her K-State career on Jan. 1 at Houston.
• Sundell and Taryn Sides were named College Sports Communicators Academic All-District VII selections. Sundell earned the honor for the third time in her career, while Sides garnered her first selection.

Mittie Ends 11th Season at K-State
• Jeff Mittie, one of the winningest active coaches in NCAA Division I with over 650 career wins, is in his 11th season at the helm of the K-State program.
• Mittie, the ninth head women's basketball coach in K-State history, owns an overall career record of 672-378 (.640) in 33 years as a head coach, including a 218-143 (.604) mark in his time at K-State. He has won 19 or more games in eight of his 11 seasons with K-State.

• Against Kentucky in the second round of the NCAA Tournament, K-State made 14 three-pointers which set the school record for three-pointers made in an NCAA Tournament game.
• In the Mittie era, the Wildcats have made five or more 3-pointers in a game 261 times in 361 total games including 51 games with 10 or more connections (w-l: 45-6) from deep.
• This season, K-State made 10 or more 3-pointers in five straight games (Dec. 1-18) for the first time in program history.
• The trio of Temira Poindexter (92), Taryn Sides (84) and Jaelyn Glenn (72) are the fourth set of K-State teammates to make 50 or more 3-pointers in a season and the first trio to make 70 or more in a season.
• The quintet of Poindexter (92), Sides (84), Glenn (72), Serena Sundell (24) and Zyanna Walker (23) marks the fifth season in program history including the third straight with five or more Wildcats making 20 or more 3-point field goals in a season.
• In the 11 seasons under Mittie, K-State has buried 2,280 three-pointers which is 6.32 per game.

K-State Attacking the Paint
• K-State has continued to attack the lane in the 2024-25 season.
• The Wildcats have registered 30 or more points in the lane in 28 games this season including a season-high 56 points in the paint against Milwaukee on Nov. 20 and DePaul on Nov. 27. The 56 points were the most since scoring 58 against McNeese State on Dec. 6, 2023.
• This season, K-State averaged 37.6 points per game (1,352 points) in the paint with 47.6 percent of its points from inside the lane and have outscored its foes in the lane in 26 games. The 1,352 points in the paint are the most scored in the lane under head coach Jeff Mittie.
• This was the fourth consecutive season K-State scored 1,000 or more points in the paint. K-State has scored 1,000 or more points in the paint in five of Mittie's 11 seasons.
Sharing is Caring
• K-State was so unselfish in its play in the 2024-25 season, that the Wildcats set a pair of school records.
• The Wildcats are averaging 21.19 assists per game and own an assisted shot rate of 70.3. K-State was second in the nation for assists per game, second in the nation for assist/turnover ratio (1.63) and third in the nation for assisted shot rate.
• The Wildcats dished out a school record 763 total assists this season, which was second in the nation for total assists. The 763 assists were sixth in Big 12 history for a season. K-State joined Baylor (8x) as the only programs in Big 12 history (1996-present) with 700 or more assists in a season.
• Since assists became an officially tracked stat in 1981-82, K-State has registered an assisted shot rate of 60.0 percent or higher at the end of a season 25 times in its history.
• The Wildcats handed out 20 or more assists in 22 games this season (22-0) including a season-high 30 assists on 37 made field goals against DePaul on Nov. 27. The 30 assists were the most since carding 30 against UIW on Dec. 3, 2019.
• Over the last 17 years, the Wildcats are 114-8 (.934) when handing out 20 or more assists.
• Serena Sundell (262) and Zyanna Walker (122) have combined to dish out 384 assists this season, setting the school record for most combined assists by a tandem.
• K-State featured five players with 50 or more assists this season: Sundell (262), Walker (122), Jaelyn Glenn (110), Taryn Sides (98) and Temira Poindexter (62). This marked the fourth season in program history with five or more players dishing 50 or more assists.
Wildcats' Defense Forges Identity
• K-State continued to be a force on the defensive end during head coach Jeff Mittie's 11th season on the bench.
• This season, K-State limited foes to 58.9 points per game on a .367 field goal percentage. The Wildcats were third in the Big 12 and 58th in the nation in scoring defense and led the Big 12 and rank 20th in the nation in field goal percentage defense.
• The Wildcats held USC Upstate on Dec. 5 to 24 points on a 21.4 field goal percentage. The 24 points were the fewest allowed in the Jeff Mittie era and the fewest since holding Dartmouth to 20 points on Nov. 12, 2011.
• The 21.4 field goal percentage allowed was the lowest since holding Cincinnati to a 20.0 field goal percentage on Dec. 30, 2023.
• The Wildcats held 19 opponents to 60 points or less this season (19-0). Under Mittie, K-State is 145-15 (.906) when holding its foes to 60 points or less including a 65-3 (.956) record over the last four seasons.
• During the last 21 seasons, K-State is 146-3 (.980) when holding an opponent to 49 points or less including a 65-0 mark in the Mittie era. During Mittie's tenure K-State has held 21 opponents to 40 or fewer points.
Cats Send Back Shots Under Mittie
• During the Jeff Mittie era, K-State has dealt out rejection to its opponents including a record total in 2024-25 season.
• This season, K-State averaged a school record 5.7 blocks per game and a single season record total of 206 blocks. The Wildcats ranked second in the Big 12 and seventh in the nation.Â
• K-State was one of seven teams in the nation to feature seven or more players with 10 or more blocks this season - Ayoka Lee (46), Temira Poindexter (36), Serena Sundell (31), Zyanna Walker (25), Imani Lester (19), Eliza Maupin (17) and  Kennedy Taylor (16).
• The Wildcats have registered 150 or more blocked shots in consecutive seasons for the first time since the 2014-15 and 2015-16 seasons. K-State has blocked 120 or more shots in each of Mittie's 11 seasons, the longest streak of 120 or more blocks in program history.
• K-State had a school record blocked shot differential of +105 this season (206-101). Since blocks became official in 1982-83, K-State has 23 seasons with a positive blocked shot differential.
• K-State recorded a season-high 13 blocks against Kentucky on March 23. This was a school record for blocks in an NCAA Tournament game and tied for the most in the opening weekend.
• Under Mittie, K-State has blocked 10 or more shots in a game 17 times, including a school record of 14 at Tulsa on Nov. 13, 2015. K-State is 16-1 during Mittie's tenure when blocking 10 or more shots.
• During the Mittie era, Kansas State has sent back 1,733 shots for 4.80 per game in the 361 games. The 1,733 blocks in the 11 seasons are the most in any 11-season span in program history.

Block it & Pocket
• K-State recorded 307 steals and 206 blocked shots this season. This was the first time in program history K-State achieved these marks together in a season.
• The Wildcats were the only team in the Big 12 this season with 300 or more steals and 200 or more blocks and one of three in the nation (USC and South Carolina).Â
• When combining blocks and steal totals in a single game, K-State is 37-1 over the last 17 seasons when achieving a combination of 20+ steals and blocks in the same game.
• K-State is 28-1 under head coach Jeff Mittie when achieving a combination of 20+ steals and blocks in the same game.Â
• This season, the Wildcats registered a combination of 23 blocks and steals (14 steals/nine blocks) against Milwaukee on Nov. 20, a combo of 24 blocks and steals (18 steals/six blocks) against USC Upstate on Dec. 5 and tallied 20 blocks and steals (18 steals/two blocks) against Iowa State on Jan. 30.
• The Wildcats recorded a combination totalling 29 (18 steals/11 blocks) against Presbyterian on November 6, 2023. This was the highest total in the Mittie era.
Wildcats Over 400 Wins in Bramlage
• K-State is 413-157 (.725) all-time inside Bramlage Coliseum, which is in its 37th season of existence.
• This season, K-State was 17-1 (.944) in home games. This tied for the fifth-longest home win streak in program history and tied for the second-longest in Bramlage. This was the longest in-season home win streak since 2002-03 (19). The .944 winning percentage this season was the best since going 19-1 (.950 in 2002-03.
• This was the 34th time in program history that the Wildcats reached double figures in home victories. It was the 26th season K-State has won 10 or more games in Bramlage.
• With this season's 17 home wins and the 16 from the 2023-24 season, the 33 home wins by the Wildcats over the last two seasons are the most wins in Bramlage over a two-season span in program history.
• In his career in games played in his home venue, head coach Jeff Mittie is 417-114 (.785) including a 143-49 (.745) record at K-State.
• Kansas State has protected Bramlage Coliseum with determination against non-conference foes with a record of 238-30 (.888). Mittie is 84-9 (.903) in non-conference games in Bramlage.

• K-State continues to pack Bramlage Coliseum in 2024-25. The Wildcats have seen 94,975 fans come to Bramlage this season. This ranked 18th in the nation and third in the Big 12 for total attendance. K-State's average attendance of 5,281 ranks 19th in the nation and third in the Big 12.

• K-State had a season-high 11,010 fans against Kansas on Feb. 22, 2025. This was the largest women's basketball crowd in Bramlage Coliseum since Dec. 11, 2016, against UConn (12,528) and the 17th largest crowd in Bramlage history.
• In the 2023-24 season, the Wildcats ranked 16th in the nation and third in the Big 12 for total attendance (99,552). K-State was 19th in the nation and third in the league in average attendance (5,531 average; 18 home games).
• K-State's total attendance last season of 99,552 ranked fifth in school history for a season. The average attendance last season of 5,531 ranks sixth in school history.
• When the crowd is 7,500 or more in Bramlage Coliseum, K-State is 48-13 (.787) including a record of 19-6 (.760) when the crowd is 10,000 or more.
• The Wildcats moved into Bramlage Coliseum prior to the start of the 1988-89 season and have seen 2,162,863 fans pass through the doors. K-State reached the 2,000,000 mark for women's basketball attendance on Jan. 13, 2024 against Texas.
