Inaugural Fore K-State Golf Fundraising Tournament Set for October 10

MANHATTAN, Kan. – Supporters of the Kansas State men's and women's golf programs are invited to play in the inaugural Fore K-State Golf Classic on Friday, October 10, at Colbert Hills Golf Club.

The programs have achieved national success in recent years and are looking for help from their supporters to reach the highest level of collegiate golf while strengthening their relationships with their supporters.

Players are invited to join the K-State players and coaches for the event on Friday, October 10, with registration and warm up beginning at 9 a.m., followed by a shotgun start at 10 a.m. At the conclusion of play, a cocktail reception and remarks from the coaches will be held inside the Colbert Hills clubhouse beginning at approximately 3 p.m.

Supporters interested in playing can do so for $250 per person or $1,000 for a four-player team. Registration includes 18 holes of golf, range balls, golf cart rental, lunch at the turn, the post-outing program and tee gifts. Additionally, individual hole sponsorships are also available for $250.

All proceeds from the event will directly benefit the K-State men's and women's golf programs.
