Named First Team Academic All-Big 12 and Big 12 Pitcher of the Week on March 14 ... Tied for the team lead with 19 appearances (four starts), going 2-6 with a 3.78 ERA (21 ER, 50.0 IP) and tied for team lead with two saves ... Threw back-to-back complete games - an eight-inning complete game 2-0 loss at Oklahoma on May 5 in which he allowed two earned runs on six hits, followed by a 1-0 shutout of Kansas on May 12, striking out three without a walk and five hits over nine innings ... Shutout of KU earned him Big 12 Pitcher of the Week honors, the first of his career ... Final three outings of the season were starts after beginning season as backend reliever ... Struck out a career-high seven batters in season debut at Coastal Carolina over 3 2/3 innings ... Allowed one earned run on three hits in an extra-inning defeat at CCU (4-3 in 10 innings) ... One of K-State's most dependable options in the bullpen, he posted a 4.03 ERA and a 4-1 record in 19 appearances (two starts) in his freshman campaign ... In his first career appearance, tossed four scoreless innings of relief against Ohio State and allowed just one hit without a walk and a season-high six strikeouts ... Multiple strikeouts in six outings ... Did not allow an earned run over seven straight appearances from April 2-25 (12 1/3 innings) ... Collected first career victory in 6-5 win at No. 4 South Carolina on February 23 ... Started back-to-back games against Arkansas (April 25) and Wichita State (May 2), totaling seven innings and one earned run with four strikeouts and one walk ...
