CAREER: A four-year letterwinner who took advantage of an extra season in 2021... Originally came to K-State after spending the 2016 season at Butler CC... Played in 45 career games at K-State with 34 starts.

2021: Played in 12 games with 11 starts, finishing seventh on the team with 46 tackles... Tied for fifth on the squad with 6.0 tackles for loss... Picked up Honorable Mention All-Big 12 accolades from the league’s coaches... Posted a career-high 1.5 TFLs in the season opener against Stanford, while he came back with his second-career sack the next week against Southern Illinois... Also had 1.5 TFLs against Kansas... Voted a team captain.

2020: A versatile defensive back who started 10 games at safety… An Honorable Mention All-Big 12 selection by the league’s coaches after leading the team with 54 tackles to go along with 3.5 tackles for loss, a sack, two interceptions, five total passes defended and a forced fumble… Had a banner day in K-State’s win at No. 3 Oklahoma when he had a career-high 11 tackles – including one for a loss – forced a fumble that K-State recovered and an interception in the fourth quarter to seal the win… Was the first Wildcat since 2002 to have double-digit tackles, a TFL, an interception and a forced fumble in the same game (Bryan Hickman vs. Iowa State)… Named the Walter Camp National Defensive Player of the Week, the Nagurski Trophy Player of the Week, Thorpe Award Player of the Week and Big 12 Defensive Player of the Week following his performance against the Sooners… Came back with eight tackles and an interception the next week against Texas Tech, while he also had eight tackles at West Virginia and seven against Oklahoma State… Logged his first-career sack at Baylor, a game that he tied his career high with two passes defended… Voted a team captain.
 
2019: Played in 13 games with 12 starts a nickelback, finishing fifth on the team with 36 tackles to go along with a tackle for loss and an interception... Registered a career-high six tackles at Mississippi State, a game in which he tallied his first-career tackle for loss... Picked off his second-career pass at Kansas... Had five stops in the regular-season finale against Iowa State and four tackles against Nicholls, Oklahoma State and Navy.
 
2018: Played in 10 games with a start against Kansas... Finished the year with 19 tackles, two pass breakups and an interception... Carded a season-high four tackles at Oklahoma, while his interception was at West Virginia... Registered both of his pass breakups at TCU... Also had three tackles against Kansas and Iowa State.
 
2017: Redshirted.
 
COMMUNITY COLLEGE: Played in three games during his freshman season under head coach Tim Schaffner... Had tackles against Coffeyville and Fort Scott, while he had a pass breakup in the latter... Played with current Wildcat Noah Johnson.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Basehor-Linwood under head coach Rod Stallbaumer, helping the Bobcats earn a 7-3 record and a district championship as a senior... Picked up first team all-state honors as a senior from the Topeka Capital-Journal and Wichita Eagle, while he earned honorable mention accolades as a junior... Played in the Kansas vs. Missouri All-Star Game following his senior year... Also played basketball and ran track.
