Signed an undrafted free agent contract with the Miami Marlins following the 2021 Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft.

REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2021)
Named All-Big 12 Honorable Mention and Academic All-Big 12 First Team  ... Second on the team with 25 relief appearances, earning a team-high five saves while going 5-5 with a 2.63 ERA (12 ER, 41 IP) ... Logged a season-long five scoreless innings in relief against Texas Tech at the Phillips 66 Big 12 Championship, earning the win after striking out six and scattering two hits ... Punched out a season-high six hitters twice: April 2 vs. Texas Tech and May 28 vs. Texas Tech ... Nine times he pitched at least two innings and struck out multiple hitters 12 times ... Earned the save in a 3-2 season-opening win over Oregon State ... During Big 12 play, had a 4.00 ERA (8 ER, 18 IP) with 18 strikeouts against three walks in eight appearances ... His 13 career saves rank fourth in program history.

2020 SUMMER LEAGUE
Played for the Mankato (Minnesota) MoonDogs of the Northwoods League ... Made nine appearances and recorded two saves with 19 strikeouts and a 1.38 ERA (2 ER, 13 IP) ... Earned a save in back-to-back games (July 21-25), not allowing an earned run in each contest and totaled four strikeouts over three innings of work ... In his last game, he struck out two over two frames with one unearned run allowed against Waterloo on August 6 ... He racked up multiple strikeouts six times, with a season-high four coming twice (July 6 and July 21) ... The MoonDogs finished 17-25 and in fourth in the Minnesota-Iowa Division.

REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2020)
Named to Academic All-Big 12 Second Team ... Made four relief appearances in 2020, totaling 5 2/3 innings with eight strikeouts ... Gave up two earned runs on four hits for a 3.18 earned run average ... Picked up a save in his first outing of the season on February 16 at UTRGV, going 1 1/3 innings with a strikeout and one hit allowed ... Season-long two scoreless innings pitched in a 6-1 win at Stanford on March 8 with two strikeouts ... Struck out three in a perfect inning of relief against Fairleigh Dickinson on February 29 ... Suffered loss vs. Utah on February 23, giving up two earned runs on one hit and two walks.
 
JUNIOR (2019)
Made four appearances (all starts) before season was cut short due to injury (received redshirt) ... Went 0-3 with a 6.65 ERA (16 ER, 21.2 IP) with 24 strikeouts against six walks ... Named Opening Day starter and made four series-opening starts, the last coming on March 8 against Old Dominion ... Season-high nine strikeouts in five innings in season debut at CSUN on February 15 ... Struck out seven in six innings vs. San Francisco on March 1 ... Threw a season-long 7 2/3 innings in final start against Old Dominion, allowing three earned runs on six hits without a walk ... All four starts were first of career.

SOPHOMORE (2018)
Named Academic All-Big 12 First Team ... Made 18 relief appearances in his sophomore campaign, going 3-2 with two saves and a 5.28 ERA (17 ER, 29.0 IP) ... His two saves tied for team lead ... Recorded a season-high four strikeouts three times and had multiple strikeouts in seven of his 18 outings ... Twice tossed a season-high three innings ... Picked up the win in K-State's first victory of the season, a 6-5 win over Virginia Tech on February 19 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina ... Also earned victories against Omaha (March 27) and at Omaha (April 25) ... Recorded a six-out save against Texas (March 29) and a four-out save at San Francisco (May 17) ... Did not allow an earned run in 11 of 18 appearances ... Opponents hit .271 against him while he struck out 25 against 12 walks ... In Big 12 games, went 0-2 with a save in nine appearances with a 7.53 ERA (12 ER, 14.1 IP).

2017 SUMMER LEAGUE
Played for the Superior Rough Riders of the Rocky Mountain Collegiate Baseball League.

FRESHMAN (2017)
One of K-State's few two-way players, he made his impact felt in late-inning relief as he collected five saves in 19 appearances on the mound ... Second on team with five saves and tallied 32 strikeouts to 13 walks while holding opponents to a .242 average ... Recorded two three-inning saves (Feb. 25 vs. Liberty; April 7 at Oklahoma State), each time recording a season-high five strikeouts ... 2.5 strikeout-to-walk ratio was best on team ... Held opponent to a .205 average (8-for-39) with two outs ... Eight games with multiple strikeouts ... In Big 12 games, had a team-low 2.40 ERA in 15 innings pitched with four earned runs, 14 strikeouts and seven walks and a team-best three saves ... At the plate, went 3-for-20 (.150) with a double ... Three starts in the field (2 at 3B, 1 at DH) ... Only extra-base hit came against New Mexico on April 18 ... Two of three hits came in doubleheader with New Mexico on April 18.
