AS A SENIOR (2024)
  • Recorded her 6k personal best in her second NCAA Midwest Regional (11/15/24) with a time of 22:46.1, her fastest by over 45 seconds and her first race under 23 minutes in two years.
  • Ran in her second race of the season at the Big 12 Championship (11/1/24), with a 6k time of 23:43.4. 
  • During her first race in two years, she ran in the 5k at the Bob Timmons Classic (8/31/24) with a time of 19:33.7 in 17th place.

AS A JUNIOR (2023)
  • Did not compete during the season.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2022)
  • During her first NCAA Midwest Regional (11/11/22) she ran in the 6k with a time of 23:33.3.
  • Competed in the Big 12 Championships (10/28/22) where she finished 71st in the 6k with a time of 24:08.9.
  • In the first 6k of the season at the Weis-Crockett Invitational (10/15/22) he recorded a time of 23:49.2, placing 191st.
  • In her first meet of the season at the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30/22) she ran her first collegiate 5k with a time of 18:44.7 finishing 135th.

AS A FRESHMAN (2021)
  • Ran in her first collegiate meet and only one of the season, posting a 6k time of 23:45.5 to finish 76th at the Cowboy Jamboree (9/18/21).

AS A SENIOR (2024-25)
OUTDOOR
  • Ran in the 5,000 meters at the Oregon Open (4/18/25) with a time of 17:52.07.
  • Started the season at the KT Woodman Classic (4/11-12/25) running her personal best 5,000 meters by almost 30 seconds with a time of 17:45.32 in 11th place.
INDOOR
  • During the Steve Miller Invite (2/7/25) she ran in the 3,000 meters with a 4th place time of 10:28.11.
  • At the DeLoss Dodds Invite (1/31-2/1/25) she ran in the 5,000 meters for the first time with a time of 18:14.30 in 5th place.
  • Ran in her first track meet at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/17/25) running in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:27.93 in 10th place.

AS A JUNIOR (2023-24)
Did not compete during the indoor or outdoor season.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2022-23)
Did not compete during the indoor or outdoor season.

AS A FRESHMAN (2021-22)
Did not compete during the indoor or outdoor season.

PRIOR TO K-STATE
  • Competed at Maize South High School in Wichita, Kan.
  • Finished in the top-10 at all four Class 5A State Cross Country Championships while in high school, including placing 3rd with a time of 18:52.6 as a junior in 2019 and 5th at 19:19.5 as a senior in 2020.
  • Placed 1st individually in 5 of 7 cross country meets as a senior, including winning the Class 5A Great Bend Regional with a time of 18:57.1.
  • Ran in the 1,600m and 3,200m as well as the 4x800m relay as a senior in 2021, placing in the top-10 in all three events at the Class 5A State Championships.
  • Was the 2021 state runner-up in the 3,200m with a personal-best time of 11:09.15 and part of the 4x800m relay that finished 4th with a time of 9:50.45.
