AS A SOPHOMORE (2024-25)
OUTDOOR
  • At the Big 12 Championship (5/15-17/25) she competed in the 1,500 meters preliminary race with a 12th place time of 4:32.57.
  • Set a new meet record in the 1,500 meters at the Ward Haylett Invite (5/9/25) with a winning time of 4:22.99. Three seconds faster than Natalie Baker's 4:25.28 time for Kansas in 2013.
  • Won the 1,500 meters in the unseeded race at the Drake Relays (4/23-26/25) with a time of 4:22.37. She also ran in the SMR, her team finishing 5th with a time of 3:54.04.
  • Competed in two events at the Oregon Team Invite (4/19/25) with a new personal best in the 800 meters in 2:11.65 and running the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:25.18.
  • Won the 1,500 meters in the first meet of the season at the KT Woodman Classic (4/11-12/25) with a time of 4:27.41.
INDOOR
  • During the Big 12 Championship (2/28-3/1/25) she ran in three events at altitude-- the DMR (11th; 11:42.37), reduced to 11:36.70 for the no. 8 fastest relay, the 3,000 meters (13th; 9:38.71) at no. 10 in the records at 9:31.74, and the mile preliminary race (12th; 4:48.61), converted for altitude at 4:45.26, the no. 5 time in the K-State all-time top-10.
  • Recorded her 3,000 meters personal best at the Tyson Invite (2/14-15/25) in the invite race in 9:37.69 in 7th place, her fastest by 30 seconds. She also ran in the mile in 4:53.02.
  • Won the mile invite at the Steve Miller Invite (2/7/25) with a time of 4:50.69.
  • Ran in two events at the Red Raider Invite (1/24/25) finishing 3rd in the mile (4:53.15) and 7th in the 800 meters (2:14.86).
  • Competed in her first meet as a Wildcat at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/17/25) with a runner-up time in her first 1,000 meters in 2:53.51.

AS A FRESHMAN AT ADAMS STATE (2023-24)
  • Earned First Team All-American honors at the NCAA DII Championship (5/23-25/24) in the 1,500 meters in 7th place with a time of 4:25.26.
  • During the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/11-13/24) she ran her best 1,500 meters in 4:22.12.
  • Earned First Team All-American honors at the NCAA DII Championship (3/8-9/24) with her personal best mile time in 5th place at 4:44.69.
