AS A JUNIOR (2024-25)
OUTDOOR

During the Big 12 Championship (5/15-17/25) she ran in the 400m hurdles preliminary race in 1:00.17, a new personal best. She also ran in the 4x400 relay where her team finished with a time of 3:39.81.
At the Ward Haylett Invite (5/9/25) she competed in the 400m hurdles in 1:00.74 in 5^th place.
Ran in the 400m hurdles at the Drake Relays (4/23-26/25) in the university event in 1:01.80, and in the 4x400 relay, her team finishing 3^rd with a time of 3:37.81.
Competed in two events at the Oregon Team Invite (4/19/25) in the 400m dash in 55.93 seconds and with the 4x400 relay where her team finished 5^thin 3:42.00.
Started the season at the KT Woodman Classic (4/11-12/25) in the 400m hurdles in 1:02.26 in 6^thplace.

INDOOR

Medaled at the Big 12 Championship (2/28-3/1/25) with her 4x400 relay team with a time of 3:37.10 in 8^th place, the no. 4 fastest time in the K-State all-time records. She also ran in the 600y preliminary race in 1:23/36 in 18^th place.
Recorded her 400m dash personal best at the Tyson Invite (2/14-15/25) in 55.47 seconds in 17^th place. She also ran in the 4x400 relay, her team finishing 10^th in 3:37.81, now the no. 4 fastest time in the K-State indoor all-time records.
At the Steve Miller Invite (2/7/25) she ran her fastest 200m dash in 24.73 seconds in 5^th place. She also ran in the 4x400 relay in 3:42.90, her team finishing in 3^rd place.
During the DeLoss Dodds Invite (1/31-2/1/25) she ran in the 400m dash in 56.41 seconds. She also ran in the 4x400 relay, her team winning with a time of 3:39.08.
Ran in the 4x400 relay at the Red Raider Invite (1/24/25) her team finishing 3^rd with a time of 3:41.56.
Recorded her 600 yards personal best at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/17/25) with a 4^th place time of 1:23.09.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2023-24)
OUTDOOR

Competed in the 4x400 relay during the Big 12 Championship (5/9-11/24), her team finishing with a time of 3:40.91 in 11^th place.
At the Shocker Open (5/3/24) she ran her fastest 400m hurdles in 1:02.99 in 3^rdplace.
Ran in the 400m dash at the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) in 56.81 seconds.
During the Mt SAC Relays (4/17-20/24) she ran in the 400m hurdles for the first time in 1:04.71. She also ran in the 4x400 elite relay where her team finished with a time of 3:42.01.
Ran her first 400m dash during the Jim Click Shootout (4/5-6/24) in 57.11 seconds. Also ran in the 4x400 relay, her team finishing in 3:45.60.
At the Shocker Spring Invitational (3/29-30/24) she competed in three events, running the 100m hurdles in 14.66 seconds, in the long jump at 5.34m and the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:46.78.
Competed in three events at the Hurricane Invitational (3/15-16/24), recording a new 100m hurdles personal best in 14.64 seconds. Jumped in the long jump at 5.43m and ran in the 4x400 relay where her team finished 4^th in 3:43.45.

INDOOR

Ran in the 4x400 relay at the Big 12 Championship (2/23-24/24), the team running with a time of 3:43.13 in 12^th place.
During the Steve Miller Invitational (2/16/24) she competed in two events, the 600 yards as runner-up in 1:26.67 and in the 60m hurdles in 9.09 seconds.
Competed in her first pentathlon at the Austra Skujyte Women's Pentathlon/DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) finishing 8^th with 3,266 points. She finished runner-up in the 800 meters with a time of 2:20.22. She also recorded her 60m hurdles personal best in 8.84 seconds in 6^th place.
At the Texas Tech Corky Classic (1/19-20/24) she competed in three events, the 60m hurdles in 9.03 seconds, the long jump with a distance of 5.41m, and ran in the 4x400 relay her team finishing 9^th in 3:43.88.
Ran in the 600 yards at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/12/24) in 5^th place with a time of 1:25.38.
In the first meet of the season at the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/2/23) she ran in the 60m hurdles in 9.11 seconds. She also ran in the 4x400 relay, her team finishing 3^rd in 3:51.20.

AS A FRESHMAN (2022-23)
OUTDOOR

Recorded her new heptathlon personal best at the Big 12 Championships (5/12-14/23) with 4,574 points, recording other personal bests in the long jump; 5.68m, javelin throw at 28.89m and the 800 meters with a time of 2:18.35.
At the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6/23) she ran in the 100m hurdles in 14.91 seconds and competed in the long jump with a distance of 5.78m.
At the Texas Relays (3/29-4/1/23) she competed in her first SMR where her team finished 7^th with a time of 4:00.95.
During the ESU Relays (3/23-25/23) she competed in her first heptathlon finishing 6^th with 4,317 points. She competed in five events for the first time, her best performances in the 800 meters with a 2^nd place time of 2:21.83 and 3^rd place in the long jump at 5.55m.
In her first collegiate outdoor meet at the UTSA Invitational (3/17-18/23) she competed in two individual events, the 100m hurdles in 16.42 seconds and the long jump finishing 11^th out of 22 with a distance of 5.22m.

INDOOR

Competed at her first Big 12 Championships (2/24-24/23) in the 4x400 relay where her team finished with a time of 3:43.09.
Ran her first attempt in the 300m dash at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/17/23), finishing 3^rd in 41.89 seconds.
At the New Mexico Collegiate Classic (2/3-4/23) she competed in two events, the long jump at 5.59m, and in the 60m hurdles in 9.27 seconds.
Competed in two new events at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/13/23) the 600 yards in 1:27.43 for 3^rd place and in long jump finishing 5^that 5.51m.
In her first collegiate meet at the K-State Winter Invitational (12/10/22) she ran in the 60m hurdles in 9.68 seconds, finishing 3^rd , and competed in the 4x400 relay where her team won in 3:58.39.
