Anna Ryan was announced as a K-State women's rowing graduate assistant by head coach Patrick Sweeney on August 21, 2024.
She competed for three seasons as a Wildcat, primarily racing in the 2v8+ and 1v8+ from 2020-24. During the 2023 season she was part of the 1v8+ that earned Big 12 Boat of the Week honors after defeating Kansas and securing the team’s win at the annual Sunflower Showdown.

“I am very excited to be back and see rowing from the coaching side!” Ryan said. “This year will be exciting for our team with a strong returning team and a promising incoming class. I’m looking forward to being a part of it.”

Ryan was named to the Academic All-Big 12 Team three times, twice to the first team, and was a three-time varsity letter winner.
