K-State Announces 2019-20 WBB Broadcast Schedule

MANHATTAN, Kansas – For the ninth consecutive season, all K-State home women's basketball games will be televised by either the Big 12 Conference or Kansas State's broadcast partners of FS1, FSN and Big 12 Now on ESPN+. In combination with three selections by the Big 12 Conference television partners, Kansas State will have over 20 games broadcast this season on television and digital platforms.
Kansas State has been selected for a trio of games on either FS1 or FSN as part of the Big 12 television partners. The three games are: Sunday, January 5, against West Virginia at 12 p.m., on FSN, Wednesday, January 29, at Kansas at 8 p.m., on FSN and Sunday, February 16 at Oklahoma at 2 p.m., on FS1.
K-State will play 16 home games this season exclusively on Big 12 Now on ESPN+, produced by the Emmy award-winning K-StateHD.TV staff. Brian Smoller and former Wildcat Missy Heidrick will return as the primary talent for home women's basketball games on Big 12 Now on ESPN+.
The 16 home games on Big 12 Now on ESPN+ are: Tuesday, October 29, against Washburn at 6:30 p.m., Friday, November 1, against Fort Hays State at 6:30 p.m., Friday, November 8, against Omaha at 6:30 p.m., Monday, November 11, against UIC at 6:30 p.m., Monday, November 18, against Oral Roberts at 6:30 p.m., Sunday, November 24, against UT Arlington at 2 p.m., Tuesday, December 3, against Incarnate Word, at 6:30 p.m., Saturday, December 28, against UTRGV at 2 p.m., Wednesday, January 15, against Oklahoma State at 6:30 p.m., Sunday, January 19, against Texas at 2 p.m., Saturday, January 25, against Oklahoma at 2 p.m., Wednesday, February 5, against Texas Tech at 6:30 p.m., Saturday, February 8, against Baylor at 2 p.m., Wednesday, February 19, against TCU at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, February 26, against Iowa State at 6:30 p.m., and Sunday, March 8, against Kansas at 2 p.m.
K-State will also have one road game broadcast on Big 12 Now on ESPN+ - Saturday, February 29, at Baylor at 6 p.m. Â
Big 12 Now on ESPN+ is accessible to subscribers through the ESPN app via most major mobile and connected-TV platforms, including iPhone, iPad, AppleTV, Android devices, Roku, Chromecast, FireTV, XBOX One, Playstation 4, Oculus Go and Samsung connected TVs. It is also available via ESPN.com on the web. Big 12 Now on ESPN+ is available for $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year and can be canceled at any time.
K-State's two games in the 2019 Junkanoo Jam on November 29 and 30 will be available on FloHoops.com. To access the live event coverage and replays of the Junkanoo Jam, users must sign up to become FloPRO subscribers on FloHoops.com.
In addition to K-State's two road games broadcast on FS1 and FSN, Kansas State's games at Texas Tech on Saturday, January 11, at 3 p.m., and Saturday, February 1, at TCU at 1 p.m., will be broadcast on FOX Sports Southwest.
K-State's game at Kansas City on Saturday, December 14, at 1 p.m., will be streamed on the WAC Digital Network, while Kansas State's matchup at Oregon on Saturday, December 21, at 2 p.m. (CT) will be streamed on the Oregon Live Stream.

Entering the 2019-20 season, Kansas State women's basketball will be led by head coach Jeff Mittie, who is entering his sixth season in Manhattan with a record of 100-66 (.602) and five postseason appearances with the Wildcats.
On the floor, K-State returns nine letter winners from the 2018-19 season which were responsible for 70 percent (1,496 points) of K-State total scoring from a season ago. The Wildcats are third in the Big 12 for total points returning in 2019-20.
The Wildcats will be led by the trio of senior Peyton Williams, junior Rachel Ranke and sophomore Christianna Carr. In addition to the nine returners, the Wildcats welcome in graduate transfer and Nancy Lieberman Award candidate Angela Harris, redshirt freshman Ayoka Lee and freshmen Emma Chapman, Emilee Ebert and Jada Thorpe.
