Weekend in Review
• Kansas State split the first two games of its program-record five-match home stand. The Wildcats dropped an overtime heartbreaker to Gonzaga, 3-2, on September 12 and rebounded for a 2-0 win over Tulsa on September 15.
• The Wildcats came back from a one-goal deficit twice in the final 15 minutes of the match against Gonzaga. Junior Christina Baxter scored the first equalizer in the 85th minute on an assist from senior Laramie Hall. Hall scored the second equalizer off a cross from Baxter with four seconds remaining in regulation. This was the latest regulation goal in program history.
• Against Tulsa, senior Katie Cramer converted a header on a corner kick in the 47th minute for the game-winning goal. Hall provided an insurance goal in the 58th minute.
• Following the weekend, Hall and Cramer are tied for the team lead in goals scored with three each. The three goals for the seniors also set a new record for goals scored in a season by a senior. The three goals by Hall equal her career-high for a season from 2016, while Cramer established a new career-best for a single-season with her third tally.
• Redshirt sophomore goalkeeper Rachel Harris faced 10 total shots and tallied four saves for her first shutout as a Wildcat. Harris, a product of Huntington Beach, California, owns four career shutouts with her previous three coming at Arkansas. Her shutout against Tulsa marked her first since August 24, 2018, against Omaha as a Razorback.
