
Final Round of Auburn Individual Canceled

OPELIKA, Ala. - Due to inclement weather, the final 18 holes of the Auburn Individual that were scheduled for Tuesday morning have been canceled, bringing the individual event to an abrupt close.
There were four Wildcats who competed during the first two rounds on Monday at the par-72, 6,250-yard Saugahatchee Country Club. They were led by Gabriela McNelly, who finished in a tie for 11th place at 7-over par 151 thanks to a tied-for-career best even-par 72 second round.
Just behind her on the leaderboard was Manon Donche-Gay and Napua Glossner, who both tied for 13th place at 8-over par 152. Lilly Whitley tied 22nd place at 14-over par 158.
Kaleigh Telfer of host-school Auburn won the event at 5-under par 139.
The Kansas State women's golf team will return to team action April 11-12 at The Bruzzy in Fort Worth, Texas. It is the final event before the Big 12 Championship commences April 22-24.
