JASON MANSFIELD, K-STATE HEAD COACH
Overall comments …
"It was a hard fought battle tonight by both teams but I'm really proud of how we competed on the road against a very good TCU team. We are so close to winning these types of matches, which means we are improving, we just need to find a way to make a couple more plays in the first and second sets and it's a different match. Really great defensive effort tonight. There were lots of long rallies in all four sets and those are the moments I was the most proud of them. We saved four match points in the third set, I thought we showed so much grit to find a way to battle in those moments and win. We will build off of those moments for sure."
