Competed in five of the six races in 2019... Ran a personal best 8k at the Joe Piane Invitational (24:28.6), finishing fifth overall in the race... Finished 30th overall at the Big 12 Championship at a pace of 24:47.3.... Marked the best finish for a Wildcat at the NCAA Midwest Regional (26th) since 2004.... One spot off the USTFCCCA All-Region Team. Ran a personal best at the NCAA Midwest Regional during the 10k race (31:50.0).

Ran in two meets as a redshirt freshman… Debuted at the Big 12 Championship, where he placed 30th in 25:22.2… At the NCAA Midwest Regional, he placed 83rd in 32:37.5 to close out his season.
