AS A SENIOR (2023)

Recorded a new 6k personal best for the first time in two years at the Big 12 Championship (10/28/23) where she shaved four seconds off her previous time at 22:55.3.
Ran in the 6k at the Panorama Farms Classic (10/14/23) with a time of 23:41.5.
In the first 6k of the year at the Gans Creek Classic (9/29/23) she ran with a time of 23:44.9.
During the John McNichols Invitational (9/16/23) she ran the 5k with a time of 19:25.2.
At the first meet of the season at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/2/23) she finished 18^th in the 5k with a time of 20:04.5.

AS A JUNIOR (2022)

During the NCAA Midwest Regionals (11/11/22) she ran the 6k in 23:19.2, 8 seconds faster than her time in last season's Regionals, finishing 194^th and almost two minutes faster than her previous meet.
Competed in the Big 12 Championships (10/28/22) where she finished 79^th in the 6k with a time of 25:02.0.
At the Weis-Crockett Invitational (10/15/22) she ran the first 6k of the season in 24:02.9, placing 197^th.
Ran in the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30/22) and recorded a new 5k personal best 20 seconds faster at 18:42.9, finishing 131^st.
In the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational (9/17/22) she recorded a 5k time of 19:03.6, placing 61^st.
Competed in the first meet of the season in the Bob Timmons Classic (9/3/22) recording a 5k time of 20:16.9 and a top-20, 18^th place finish.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2021)

Advanced to the Midwest Regionals (11/12/21) for the first time, finishing 178^th with a 6k time of 23:27.7.
Helped the Wildcats to a second consecutive 5th-place finish at the Big 12 Championships (10/29/21), placing 73^rd with a 6k time of 24:49.4.
At the Pre-National meet (10/15/21) she ran a 6k time of 23:34.8, placing 231^st.
Posted a 6k time of 22:59.3 to place 74^th at the Gans Creek Classic (10/1/21).
In the first meet at the Cowboy Jamboree (9/18/21) she finished right inside the top-100 at 99^th with a 6k time of 24:46.2.

AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2020)

Helped the Wildcats capture their highest finish (5th) at the Big 12 Championships (10/30/20) since 2001, placing 71^st with a 6k pace of 24:04.6.
At the Oklahoma State Invitational (10/17/20) she finished 54^th in the 6k with a time of 24:23.1.
Competed in the Cowboy Jamboree (10/3/20) placing 63^rd in the 6k with a time of 23:47.7.
In her first collegiate meet she finished 18^th in the 5k at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/19/20) with a time of 19:33.6.

Ran in the 1,500 meters for the first time at the Shocker Open (5/3/24) with a time of 5:10.33 in 6^th place.
During the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) she ran in the 5,000 Meters with an 8^th place time of 19:24.63.
At the Shocker Spring Invitational (3/29-30/24) she ran in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:52.48.

INDOOR

Ran in two events at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/16/24), in her first collegiate mile in 5:28.20 in 4^th place and in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:43.11 in 5^th place.
In her first race of the season at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) she ran in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:50.51.

Competed in the 5,000 meters at the Rock Chalk Classic (4/29/23) with a time of 19:47.99.
During the ESU Relays (3/23-25/23) she ran in the 5,000 meters with a time of 19:07.99.

Ran in the 3,000 meters at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/17/23) with a 4^thplace time of 10:47.88.
In her first meet of the season at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/20-21/23) she ran in the 3,000 meters finishing 5^th with a time of 11:05.24.

In her second 3,000 meters of the season she placed 2^nd again at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/18/22) at 10:35.57.
Finished runner-up in the 3,000 meters at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/21-22/22) with a time of 10:53.58.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020-21)
OUTDOOR

Won the 5,000 meters at the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/7-8/21) she ran in 18:19.01.
She recorded her 5,000 meters personal best in the Michael Johnson Invitational (4/16-17/21) with a time of 18:16.37 almost a minute faster than her previous meet.

INDOOR

In the Steve Miller Invitational (2/20/21) she ran her 3,000 meters personal best in a 2^nd place finish at 10:33.29, almost 30 seconds faster than the previous meet.
At the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/29-30/21) she finished 2^nd in the 3,000 meters with a time of 11:00.52.

PRIOR TO K-STATE

Competed at Trego Community High School in Wakeeney, Kan.
Letter four years in cross country and track and field.
Finished in the top-3 at Class 2A State Cross Country Championships three consecutive seasons (2015, 2017, 2018) before winning the state title as a senior in 2018 with a time of 19:30.0.
Captured Class 2A state championships in both the 1,600m (2019) and 3,200m (2018) with personal-best times of 5:18.36 (1,600) and 11:13.24 (3,200).
Finished in the top-10 in 3 events (1,600m and 3,200m and 4x800m relay) at the 2019 Class 2A State Championships, including 1^stin the 1,600m, 2^nd in the 3,200m and 10^th in the 4x800m relay.
Holds school record in 3,200m and 5k in cross country.
