Competed in her first NCAA Midwest Regional (11/10/23) where she placed 94^th with a 6k time of 22:19.6.
Recorded a 6k time under 22 minutes during the Big 12 Championship (10/28/23) in a new personal best of 21:57.9, placing 66^th.
During the Panorama Farms Classic (10/14/23) she recorded a 6k time of 22:07.0, placing 57^th.
Ran in her first 6k at the Gans Creek Classic (9/29/23) with a time of 22:18.4, finishing 50^th.
Recorded her fastest 5k at the John McNichols Invitational (9/16/23) with a 26^th place time of 18:13.9, better than her previous from 2021 running for Friends.
In her first cross country meet as a Wildcat at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/2/23) she ran the 5k in 19:08.3, in 9^thplace.

AS A SOPHOMORE AT FRIENDS (2021)

Finished 3^rdduring the KCAC Championship (11/6/21) with a 5k time of 18:42.9.
Recorded her 5k personal best at the Fort Hays State Tigers Open (10/9/21) with a time of 18:34.1, finishing 21^st.
Won the Bronco Stampede (9/11/21) with a 5k time of 18:43.3.

At the Shocker Open (5/3/24) she finished runner-up in the 800 meters with a time of 2:14.43.
During the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) she ran in two events, the 800 meters in 2:15.59 in 10^th place and then in the 400m dash in 1:01.08 in 10^th place.
Ran in the 800 meters at the Mt SAC Relays (4/17-20/24) with a 11^th place time of 2:13.24.
Won the 800 meters at the Shocker Spring Invitational (3/29-30/24) with a time of 2:13.04.
In the first meet of the season at the Hurricane Invitational (3/15-16/24) she finished 5^th in the 800 meters at 2:13.21. She also ran in the 4x400 relay, her team finishing with a time of 4:07.02.

INDOOR

Medaled in the DMR at the Big 12 Championship (2/23-24/24) her team finishing 5^thwith a time of 11:32.19.
Won the 800 meters at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/16/24) with a time of 2:12.33.
Ran her fastest 800 meters this season during the Tyson Invitational (2/9-10/24) with a time of 2:12.248.
Competed in two events at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) in the 800 meters (8^th; 2:15.38) and in the 1000 meters (8^th; 2:58.97).
In her first meet of the year at the Texas Tech Corky Classic (1/19-20/24) she ran in the 800 meters with a time of 2:16.84.

AS A WALK ON JUNIOR (2022-23)

Finished 3^rd in the 800 meters at the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6/23) with a time of 2:13.53.
At the Rock Chalk Classic (4/29/23) she competed in the 800 meters Invitational finishing 9^thwith a time of 2:16.41.
During the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13-15/23) she ran in the 800 meters with a time of 2:14.28.
Competed in the Texas Relays (3/29-4/1/23) in the 1,500 meters where she finished 12^th with a time of 4:50.59. She also ran in the DMR with her team finishing 4^th in 11:48.66.
At the ESU Relays (3/23-25/23) she ran in the 800 meters with a 3^rd place time of 2:16.53.
In her first meet as a Wildcat at the UTSA Invitational (3/17-18/23) she competed in the 1,500 meters with a 4^th place time of 4:56.87, also running in the 4x400 relay in 4:14.55..

AS A JUNIOR AT FRIENDS (2021-22)
OUTDOOR

During the NAIA Championships (5/25-27/22) she recorded a new 800 meters personal best in the preliminary race with a time of 2:10.45, and finished 2^nd in the final race in 2:11.44.
Recorded a new personal best in the 1,500 meters at the KCAC Championships (5/5-6/22) with a winning time of 4:33.96. She also won the 800 meters in 2:15.17 and the 4x400 and 4x800 with her relay teams.
At the Friends Spring Open (4/1-2/22) she recorded a new 400m dash personal best in 59.53 seconds.

INDOOR

Competed in three events at the NAIA Championships (3/3-5/22) the 800 meters, 4x800 relay and the DMR.
Won both the 800 meters and the 4x800 relay at the NAIA/Juco Invitational (1/22/22).

AS A SOPHOMORE AT FRIENDS (2020-21)
OUTDOOR

Competed in the 800 meters and 4x800 relay at the NAIA Championships (5/26-28/23).
Won both the 800 meters and the 1,500 meters during the Tabor College Open (4/24/21).

INDOOR

During the NAIA Championships (3/3-6/21) she won the 800 meters with a time of 2:13.69. She also competed in the DMR and 4x800 relay.
Won three events at the KCAC Championships (2/18-20/21), the 800 meters in 2:21/81, the 4x400 relay in 4:03.75 and the DMR in 13:00.10.
Recorded a new 600 meters personal best at the Friends Qualifier (1/9-10/21) with a time of 1:37.30. And won the 800 meters in 2:21.73.

At the NAIA Championships (3/5-7/20) she recorded a new 1,000 meters personal best in the preliminary race at 2:57.80.
Won the 1,000 meters and 4x400 relay at the KCAC Championships (2/21-22/20).
Recorded her fastest mile at the Bearcat Open (2/7-8/20) with a time of 5:22.26.
During with Northwest Open (1/24-25/20) she ran her first attempt in the 600 yards in 1:28.45.
