AS A SENIOR (2023)

Competed in his first 10k at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/10/23) with a time of 33:34.6.
During the Big 12 Championship (10/28/23) he ran in the 8k with a time of 25:07.6, placing 72^nd.
Ran in the 8k at the Panorama Farms Classic (10/14/23) with a time of 25:29.1, finishing 60^th.
In the Gans Creek Classic (9/29/23) he finished right outside the top-50 with an 8k time of 25:20.9, placing 51^st.
At the John McNichols Invitational (9/16/23) he ran in the 8k with a 58^th place time of 25:18.4.
During the Bob Timmons Classic (9/2/23) he finished second for the Wildcats in the 6k with a time of 19:19.2, finishing 10^th.

AS A JUNIOR (2022)

In the Big 12 Championship (10/28/22) he finished 58^th in the 8k with a time of 26:38.6.
At the Weis-Crockett Invitational (10/15/22) he ran an 8k time of 25:48.0, finishing 170^th.
Competed in the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30/22) and in consecutive meets ran a new 8k personal best of 24:57.1 placing 57^th.
Recorded a new 8k personal best in the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational (9/17/22) at 25:15.1 with a 34^th place finish.
In the Bob Timmons Classic (9/3/22) he recorded his first 6k personal best of 18:52.0 with a top-ten 8^th place finish.

In his first collegiate meet at the OSU Invitational (10/17/20) he ran an 8k pace of 27:14.0 to place 80^th.

OUTDOOR

Won the 1,500 meters at the Shocker Open (5/3/24) with a time of 3:55.74.
During the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) he ran in the 1,500 meters with a time of 3:54.01 in 3^rd place.
Ran in two events at the Shocker Spring Invitational (3/29-30/24) finishing 5^th in both the 1,500 meters (3:54.79) and the 800 meters (1:55.66).
In the first meet of the season at the Hurricane Invitational (3/15-16/24) he ran in the 1,500 meters in 7^th place with a time of 3:55.51, also running in the 4x400 relay, his team finishing with a time of 3:32.49.

INDOOR

At the Steve Miller Invitational (2/16/24) he finished 3^rd in the 1,000 meters in 2:30.80.
Competed in the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/12/24) in the 1,000 meters with a time of 2:33.87 in 6^th place.

AS A JUNIOR (2022-23)
OUTDOOR

At the Big 12 Championships (5/12-14/23) he ran in the 1,500 meters preliminary with a time of 3:56.17.
During the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6/23) he competed in the 1,500 meters with a 3^rd place time of 3:52.69.
Ran in the 800 meters at the Rock Chalk Classic (4/29/23) with a time of 1:55.29, placing 9^th.
Competed in two meets in one weekend, at the Bobcat Invitational (3/31-4/1/23) he finished 2^nd in the 1,500 meters with a new personal best time of 3:52.25. At the Texas Relays (3/29-4/1/23) he ran in his first 4x800 relay, where his team finished 8^th with a time of 7:38.50.
At the ESU Relays (3/23-25/23) he ran in the 800 meters with a 5^th place time of 1:54.74.
In the first outdoor meet of the season at the UTSA Invitational (3/17-18/23) he competed in three events, the 800 meters in 1:57.45, the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:01.87 and in the 4x400 relay at 3:42.44.

INDOOR

Competed at the Big 12 Championships (2/24-25/23) in the DMR where his team finished with a time of 9:56.29.
During the Steve Miller Invitational (2/17/23) he ran his 1,000 meters personal best in a 3^rd place time of 2:27.60.
Recorded his fastest mile at the Tyson Invitational (2/10-11/23) with a time of 4:12.83, finishing 15^th out of 26.
Ran in the mile at the Texas Tech Open & Multis (1/26-28/23) with a 5^th place time of 4:16.39, he also ran in his first DMR, helping his team finish 2^ndat 10:03.22.
In his first meet of the season at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/13/23) he ran in the 1,000 meters with a 3^rdplace time of 2:28.06.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2021-22)
OUTDOOR

During the Big 12 Championship (5/13-15/22) he ran his fastest 5,000 meters at 15:20.04.
Recorded his 1,500 meters personal best at the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6-7/22) at 3:52.78.
Finished 4^th in the 1,500 meters at the John Jacobs Invitational (4/22-23/22) with a time of 3:54.51.

INDOOR

Ran in the 1,000 meters with a 2^nd place finish at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/18/22) at 2:28.03.
Recorded his 800 meters personal best during the Iowa State Classic (2/11-12/22) with a time of 1:53.70.
Finished runner-up in two events at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/21-22/22) in his first 4x400 relay with a time of 3:41.49 and in the 800 meters at 1:56.08.
In his first meet at the K-State Winter Invitational (12/11/21) he ran his fastest mile winning with a time of 4:19.51.

AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21)
Did not compete during the indoor or outdoor seasons.

PRIOR TO K-STATE

Competed at Claremore High School in Claremore, Okla.
Lettered in cross country and track and field.
Holds the Claremore school records in both the 800m and 5k.
Advanced to the Oklahoma Class 5A State Cross Country Championships as a junior and senior, finishing 4^th in 2018 in a time of 16:44.2 and 4^th in 2019 in a time of 16:30.1.
Named the 2019 All-World Cross Country Runner of the Year.
Won the 2018 Oklahoma Class 5A Championship in the 800m as a junior, while he was the state runner-up in the event as a sophomore (2017) and senior (2019).
Posted 3 top-5 finishes at the 2019 Oklahoma Class 5A Track Championships as a senior, including a runner-up finish in the 800m in a season-best time of 1:56.28… Placed 3^rd in the 3,200m in a personal-best time of 9:46.68 and 5^th in the 1,600m in a season-best time of 4:33.53.
Won the 2018 Oklahoma Class 5A Championship in the 800m in a time of 1:56.76 as a junior, while he finished 3^rdin the 3,200m and 6^th in the 1,600m.
Finished as the state runner-up in the 800m at the 2017 Oklahoma Class 5A Track Championships as a sophomore in a time of 1:57.25… Part of the 4x800m relay, which finished 3^rd at state in a time of 8:12.39.
