Ran in two of the four races in 2020... Recorded the fastest 8k time (23:54.6) in school history at the Big 12 Championship, which resulted in the Manhattan, Kansas, native earning a spot on the All-Big 12 Cross Country Team with a 15th-place finish... Helped K-State to its highest finish at the conference meet since 2017... First men's runner since Mathew Chesang (2004) to clinch a podium spot at the conference meet... Led the Wildcats in both of the races he competed in... Earned a fourth-overall performance at the Bob Timmons Classic (Sept. 19) to boost K-State towards a runner-up finish in Lawrence, Kansas.

2019 - Sophomore
Competed in five of the six races in 2019... Finished eighth overall at the Jay Dirksen Invitational at a time of 25:00.6.... Ran a personal best 8k at the Joe Piane Invitational (24:38.3), finishing 13th overall... Boosted his personal record in the 8k at the Under Armour Pre-Nationals Invitational at a time of 24:37.8, taking home a 75th place finish amongst the nation's best... Posted a time of 24:46.8 at the Big 12 Championship, placing 29th overall.... Finished the 10k race at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a personal record of 32:11.1 and a 57th place finish.

2018 - Freshman
Raced in all six meets as a true freshman, leading the Wildcats in three of the meets… Claimed a personal best of 24:48.9 and a seventh-place finish at the Rim Rock Collegiate Classic…. Placed 27^th at Bradley in 25:14.1… Placed 22^nd at the Big 12 Championship, finishing in 24:51.1… Placed 68^th at the NCAA Midwest Regional in 32:25.8.

High School
Ran track and field and cross country at Manhattan high school… Won the state Championship in the 3,200 meters, clocking 9:28.97… Also placed third in the 1,600 meters at the KSHSAA State Championships, running a 4:25.46… Helped Manhattan to the track and field state title.
