AS A JUNIOR (2022)

Competed in the Big 12 Championships (10/28/22) where she finished 67^th in the 6k with a time of 23:47.3, her second best finish of the season.
At the Weis-Crocket Invitational (10/15/22) she ran in the first 6k of the season in 23:20.8, placing 165^th.
In the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30/22) she shaved almost a minute off her previous 5k best at 18:25.1 finishing 103^rd.
Recorded a new 5k time in the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational (9/17/22) at 19:16.4, finishing 71^st.
To start the season at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/3/22) she recorded a new 5k personal best at 19:45.2 in a 14^th place finish.

AS A JUNIOR (2021)

Advanced to the Midwest Regionals (11/12/21) for the second time in her college career, finishing 130^th with a 6k time of 22:41.5.
Helped the Wildcats to a second consecutive 5th-place finish at the Big 12 Championships (10/29/21), placing 48^th with a 6k time of 23:30.9.
Ran her 6k personal best at the Gans Creek Classic (10/1/21) with a time of 22:41.2, finishing 56^th overall.
Started the season in the Cowboy Jamboree (9/18/21) with she placed 87^th in the 6k with a time of 24:04.9.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020)

In her first meet as a Wildcat and her only meet of the season she finished 64^th in the 6k at the Cowboy Jamboree (10/3/20) with a time of 23:47.9.

AS A FRESHMAN AT KANSAS CITY (2019)

Advanced to Midwest Regional Championship (10/18/19) for the first time, finishing 128^th with a 6k time of 22:58.1.
During the Bradley Pink Classic (10/18/19) she finished inside the top-50 at 49th with a 6k time of 22:22.6.
At the Gans Creek Classic (9/27/19) she recorded her first 6k meet at 23:02.6, placing 27th.
In her first collegiate meet she posted a top-10 5k time of 19:47.8 at the Bob Timmons Classic (8/31/19), finishing 9^th.

Won the 5,000m at the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6-7/22) with a time of 18:27.27.

INDOOR

Won the 3,000m with a personal best time at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/18/22) of 10:32.84.
At the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (2/4-5/22) she recorded her 5,000m personal best with a time of 18:01.79.
During the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/21-22/22) she ran her fastest mile at 5:31.25.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020-21)
OUTDOOR

In the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/7-8/21) she finished 2^nd in the 5,000m with a time or 18:43.49.
At the Wichita State Shocker Spring Invitational (3/26-27/21) she competed in the 5,000m placing 5^th at 18:42.5.

INDOOR

Competed in one meet during the season at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/20/21) where she finished 4^th in the 3,000m with a time of 11:05.06.

PRIOR TO K-STATE

Transferred from University of Missouri Kansas City
Competed at Shawnee Mission North High School in Overland Park, Kan.
Two-time team captain (2017, 2018).
Recorded a pair of top-10 finishes at the State Cross Country Championships, including 5th as a junior in 2017 to help Shawnee Mission North win their first Class 6A title with a time of 19:00.0 and 7th as a senior in 2018 with a time of 19:21.7.
Holds the school record in both the 3,200m and 4x800m relay.
Competed in three events (1,600m and 3,200m and 4x800m relay) at the 2019 Class 5A State Championship, finishing 4th in the 3,200m with a time of 11:20.43, 5th in the 1,600m with a time of 5:14.30 and 12^th in the 4x800m relay with a time of 10:34.25.
Named a Scholar-Athlete all four years at Shawnee Mission North.
Member of the National Honor Society.
