Took 2^nd in the 5,000m at the Wichita State Shocker Spring Invitational (3/26-27/21) with a time of 14:30.75.

INDOOR

Once again ran in both the 3,000m and 5,000m at the Big 12 Championships (2/26/21) with a top-10 and top-15 finish.
In consecutive meets he recorded a new personal best, in the Iowa State Classic (2/12-13/21) he ran his fastest 5,000m with a time of 14:26.94.
Ran his 3,000m personal best at the Arkansas Qualifier (2/5/21) with a time of 8:22.27.

AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2019-20)

Canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

INDOOR

Competed in both the 3,000m and the 5,000m at the Big 12 Championships (2/28-29/20) with a time of 8:44.30 in the 3,000m and 14:42.28 in the 5,000m.
At the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/24-25/20) he ran his fastest mile with a time of 4:25.66.
In his first meet of the season at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/18/20) he ran in the 3,000m where he finished 4^th at 8:35.72.

AS A FRESHMAN (2018-19)
OUTDOOR

Competed in one meet for the season at the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/3-4/19) where he ran in the 5,000m with a time of 15:24.39, placing 5^th.

INDOOR

In his first and only meet for the season at the Steve Miller Open (2/16/19) he ran in the 3,000m and won with a time of 8:54.41.

During the NCAA Midwest Regionals (11/11/22) he ran his new 10k personal best with a time of 31:07.2, more than 30 seconds faster than his previous best set in 2019, while finishing 87^th.
Competed in the Big 12 Championships (10/28/22) where he finished 35^th in the 8k with a time of 25:43.0.
At the Weis-Crockett Invitational (10/15/22) he ran an 8k time of 25:13.4, placing 108^th.
Ran in the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30/22) with an 8k time of 25:19.1 finishing 101^st.
Recorded a new 8k personal best at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational with a time of 24:47.5 and 17^th place finish.
In the first meet at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/3/22) he finished 14^th with a 6k time of 19:06.0.

AS A JUNIOR (2021)

Advanced to the Midwest Region Championship (11/12/21) for the second time, finishing 97^th with a 10k time of 32:31.0.
Helped the Wildcats to a 4th-place finish at the Big 12 Conference 10/29/21), finishing 36^th with an 8k time of 26:07.6.
Performed well at the Pre-National (10/15/21) meet with a personal-best 8k time of 25:02.6 to place 36^th out of 256 competitors.
Finished 51^st at the Gans Creek Classic (10/1/21) with an 8k time of 25:05.3.
Ran in the the Cowboy Jamboree (9/18/21) in 65^th place with an 8k time of 25:30.5.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020)

Helped the Wildcats capture their highest finish (fourth) at the Big 12 Championships (10/30/20), finishing 38th in the race with an 8k time of 25:05.4.
Opened the season with a 63^rd-place finish at the OSU Invitational (10/17/20) with an 8k time of 26:07.7.

AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2019)

Advanced to the Midwest Regional Championship (11/15/19) for the first time in his career, finishing 74^th with a personal-best time of 32:29.9.
Posted an 8k time of 25:08.4 to place 38^th at the Big 12 Championships (11/2/19).
Ran in the Pre-National meet (10/19/19) in the 8k where he ran a time of 25:42.3, placing 183^rd.
Recorded his 5 miles personal best at the Joe Piane-Notre Dame Invitational (10/4/19) with a time of 25:15.5, finishing 39^th.
Earned a season-best 30^th place finish to open the season at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational (9/21/19) with an 8k time of 25:40.2.

AS A FRESHMAN (2018)

At the Vic Godfrey Open (9/8/18) he ran his first 5k in a personal best time of 29:14.8, placing 109^th.
In his first collegiate meet he ran his 6k personal best with a top-10 time of 19:04.7 at the J.K. Gold Classic (9/1/18), finishing 6^th.

PRIOR TO K-STATE

Competed at St. Johns High School in Beloit, Kan.
Lettered in cross country and track and field.
Helped St. Johns win the 2017 Class 1A State Cross Country Championship.
Advanced to 2 Class 1A State Cross Country Championships, placing in the top-4 in both, including a state championship as a senior in 2017 with a 5k time of 16:22.3.
Competed in 4 events (800m, 1,600m and 3,200m and 4x800m relay) at the 2018 Class 1A State Championships as a senior, winning state titles in the 1,600m and 3,200m with personal-best times… Also the runner-up in the 4x800m relay and placed 7th in the 800m with a personal-best time of 2:05.62.
Advanced in 3 events (1,600m and 3,200m and 4x800m relay) at the 2017 Class 1A State Championships as a junior… Placed 3rd in the 3,200m, 4th in the 1,600m and 6th in the 4x800m relay.
