Season bests: Mile run (4:19.05), 3000m (8:21.70), 5000m (14:33.59)..... Ran in the 3000 meters and 5000 meters at the Big 12 Indoor Championship, bringing in top-15 performances in each.... Placed ninth in the 5000-meters race at the conference meet... Ran a personal best in the mile run at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational, which resulted in a spot at fourth place... Competed at the Iowa State Classic, where he ran a personal best in the 3000 meters and took home a 17th-place performance.

Outdoor
Season bests: 5,000m (15:12.25)... Competed unattached throughout the outdoor season, where he ran 14:35.82 at the Ward Haylett Invitational to qualify for the USATF U20 Championships... Placed fifth at the USATF U20 Championships in the 5k, where he ran a 15:12.25.

Did not compete during the 2018-19 indoor season.

High School
Ran track and field and cross country at Manhattan high school… Won the state Championship in the 3,200 meters, clocking 9:28.97… Also placed third in the 1,600 meters at the KSHSAA State Championships, running a 4:25.46… Helped Manhattan to the track and field state title.
