Our job is to make sure we put on the best show possible every time we come to work. Whether we are working for ESPN or a video board production our fans, teams, and administration have all come to expect high quality production from our crew. In order to make that happen it takes all of us working as a team and everyone has an important part to play.
- Please fully review our K-StateHD.TV Handbook for policies and procedures.
- Get to know your teammates and find how to contact them on our Crew Contacts Page.
Crew Schedules
- Crew Schedule Round 6
- Crew Schedule Round 7
- Search for your initials within the schedule so that you do not miss any assigned shifts. Pay attention to the crew call times so that you know where and when you should be arriving.
- If you need to change your schedule you must first let Andy Liebsch know and then you are responsible for finding a qualified person to fill in for your position. Use the GroupMe or the Crew Contacts link above to contact others.
- If you want to learn a new position the best place to start is to shadow that position before games once you are ready on your assigned position. Use your time wisely and take charge of your own education.
Ask questions, take notes, learn the how AND the why. Don’t just be a button pusher, be an operator that can think critically.
Do those things and tell Andy Liebsch that you want to learn a new position when round availability comes out and we will try to foster that by scheduling you to train on that position.

This is something everyone on our crew should be able to do quickly and efficiently. There are many videos online covering this topic as well, so feel free to do a search for it if you are still having trouble.
