Started 40 games for K-State in his redshirt senior season, leading the team with 13 stolen bases ... Hit .266 (42-for-158) with five doubles and 14 RBI while splitting time between shortstop and second base ... Matched his career high with five doubles ... Had 11 multi-hit games including a 4-for-5 effort on Senior Day vs. Oklahoma on May 6 ... Hit a walk-off sacrifice fly against Eastern Illinois on March 4 (12-11) ... REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2015)
After redshirting in 2014, Wodtke played in 50 of K-State’s 57 games and batted .241 (33-for-137) with 11 RBI, 14 walks and 24 runs scored ... He logged most of his time at second base while seeing some action at shortstop ... Started 40 of his 50 games played ... Committed just 2 errors in the field, helping him post a .990 fielding percentage … The 2 errors were the fewest among K-State infielders (min. 10 starts) ... Did not commit an error over his final 41 games (164 total chances) ... Hit .297 (19-for-64) with 10 walks and a .410 OBP over his final 21 games (18 starts) ... Had 8 multi-hit games, including 5 over the last 21 games ... Batted .324 (12-for-37) with 9 walks and a .468 OBP in May (12 games) ... Played for the Topeka Golden Giants of the Mid-Plains League (MPL) ... Hit .322 (29-for-90) with 5 doubles, 3 triples, 16 RBI, 20 runs scored, 12 walks, 16 strikeouts and a .421 OBP in 30 games ... His batting average was third-best on the Golden Giants while his .421 OBP was second-best among players who played at least 10 games.
