Named Academic All-Big 12 First Team for the second time in his career ... Made 22 relief appearances in his final season at K-State (tied for team lead in appearances) ... Had a 1-2 record with a team-low 3.60 ERA (12 ER, 30.0 IP) while leading K-State with four saves ... Recorded the final out in eight of K-State's first 10 wins of the season and was a perfect 4-for-4 in save opportunities (first four saves of career) ... Made nine relief appearances in his junior campaign, totaling 15 innings pitched with a 1-0 record and a 10.20 ERA (17 ER) ... Struck out 17 and walked 12, as his season was cut short after an arm injury suffered on April 15 at Texas Tech ... Season-high 3 2/3 innings of relief vs. Texas on March 30, helping K-State to an 11-10 victory over the Longhorns ... Struck out a season-high five batters over three innings without allowing a run on just one hit on March 21 against Austin Peay ... Recorded at least one strikeout in eight of his nine outings ... Yielded nine hits and eight walks while striking out 18 hitters and recording a team-best .143 batting average against ... Did not allow an earned run in first seven outings of the season, including picking up a win in his first game of the season vs. Ohio State (2/19), going two innings and fanning three ... Picked up second win in 1-0 victory over UC Riverside, tossing two hitless innings ... Eight of 13 appearances did not allow a hit ... Season-long three innings pitched against Oklahoma State on April 9, allowing two earned and striking out three ...
