AT MANHATTAN HIGH SCHOOL: A three-year letterwinner for the Indians under head coach Joe Schartz… Earned three all-league designations, as he was true on 121-of-125 extra-point attempts in his career, including a 45-for-45 mark as a senior… Handled kickoffs as a senior, averaging 62 yards per kick with 32 touchbacks… Also played soccer, earning two all-league selections and an all-state honor after totaling 31 career goals to rank sixth in school history.
