CAREER: A former walk-on wide receiver who played in 46 career games... A valuable member of nearly every special teams unit who made 19 career special teams tackles... Helped K-State accumulate a 34-18 record, a Big 12 Championship in 2012 and four-straight bowl berths... A three-time First Team Academic All-Big 12 performer who was nominated with a 4.0 GPA each year.

2015 (Click Here for 2015 Game-by-Game Stats): Played in 12 games, making seven special teams tackles while he had a forced fumble and fumble recovery on a punt against South Dakota in the season opener... Tied his career high in tackles with two against Arkansas in the 2016 AutoZone Liberty Bowl... Also recorded a four-yard reception at Kansas... A First Team Academic All-Big 12 performer... Voted a  team captain for the 2015 season.

Tied his career high with two stops against both Iowa State and Oklahoma State... Also hauled in his first-career pass – a 21-yard reception – against UTEP... Earned First Team Academic All-Big 12 honors.

Also recovered a fumble on a kickoff against TCU as time expired... Earned First Team Academic All-Big 12 honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered two years at Bishop Miege under head coach Tim Grunhard... Led team to a 12-2 record and a Kansas 4A State Championship as a junior, while the Stags were district champions his season year... An Honorable Mention All-Eastern Kansas League (EKL) performer at defensive back as a junior and senior... Participated in the Kansas City Metro All-Star Game... Also lettered in basketball and baseball, earning honorable mention All-EKL honors as an outfielder as both a junior and a senior.

PERSONAL: Stanton Jay Weber was born May 7, 1993, in Overland Park, Kansas... Son of Stan and Nancy Weber... Has three siblings, Brittani, McKenzi and Landry... Father, Stan, was a quarterback for K-State from 1980-84 and has served as the color commentator on the K-State Sports Network since 1987... Majoring in accounting.
