AS A SOPHOMORE (2025-26)
INDOOR
- Competed in the 400 meters at the Big 12 Championship (2/27-28) in 55.31 seconds.
- At the Steve Miller Invite (2/20) she ran in the 400 meters in 55.33 seconds in 4th place and also ran in the 4x400 relay, her team finishing in 3:39.95.
- Recorded her fastest 400 meters at the Tyson Invite (2/13-14) in 54.72 seconds, a full second off her previous time. She also ran in the 4x400 relay, her team finishing in 3:42.67 in 13th place.
- She ran in the 400 meters at the DeLoss Dodds Invite (1/30-31) in 56.41 seconds in 7th place.
- In the first meet of the season at the Thane Baker Invite (1/16) she finished 5th in the 200 meter dash in 24.75 seconds, also running in the 4x400 relay where the team finished 3rd in 3:43.34.
AS A FRESHMAN (2024-25)
OUTDOOR
- At the Drake Relays (4/23-25) she ran in two relay races, the 4x400 team finished 3rd with a time of 3:37.81, during the SMR relay her team finished in 3:54.04 in 5th place.
- Won the 400m dash at the Oregon Open (4/18) in 55.83 seconds. She also competed in two events at the Oregon Team Invite (4/19) in the 100m dash for the first time in 12.23 seconds and with the 4x400 relay, her team finishing 5th in 3:42.00.
- Started the season at the KT Woodman Classic (4/11-12) with her fastest 200m dash in 24.47 seconds in 8th place.
- Medaled at the Big 12 Championship (2/28-3/1) with her 4x400 relay team with a time of 3:37.10 in 8th place, the no. 4 fastest time in the K-State all-time records. She also ran in the DMR relay for the first time in 11:42.37 in 11th place, reduced to 11:36.70 at altitude for the no. 8 fastest relay.
- Competed in the 400m dash at the Tyson Invite (2/14-15) in 56.84 seconds. She also ran in the 4x400 relay, her team finishing 10th in 3:37.81, now the no. 4 fastest time in the K-State all-time records.
- At the Steve Miller Invite (2/7) she ran in the 60m dash for the first time in 7.92 seconds. She also ran in the 4x400 relay in 3:42.90, her team finishing in 3rd place.
- During the DeLoss Dodds Invite (1/31-2/1) she ran in the 200m dash for the first time in 25.01 seconds. She also ran in the 4x400 relay where her team won in 3:39.08.
- Ran in the 4x400 relay at the Red Raider Invite (1/24) her team finishing 3rd with a time of 3:41.56.
- In her first collegiate meet at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/17) she competed in the 400m dash in 56.03 seconds in 4th place.

- Attended Blue Springs High
- 2024 MSHSAA 5A 400 meters runner up
- 2024 MSHSAA 5A 200 meters third place finisher
- Competed in the 2023 Nike Outdoor Nationals in the 400 meters
