INDOOR

Set a meet and facility record in the 300m dash at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/16/24) winning in 39.08 seconds.
Competed in two events at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/12/24) winning both the 60m dash in 7.52 seconds and the 200m dash in 24.67 seconds.
At the first meet of the season at the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/2/23) her 4x400 relay team won with a time of 3:49.04.

AS A JUNIOR (2022-23)
OUTDOOR

During the NCAA West Preliminary (5/14-17/23) she ran in the 200m dash preliminary in 23.94 seconds and in the 4x400 relay where her team finished 21^st with a time of 3:40.66.
Medaled in the 400m dash at the Big 12 Championships (5/12-14/23) with a 6^th place time of 53.21, also ran in the 4x400 relay where her team finished 8^th in 3:38.33.
Recorded a new 200m dash personal best at the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6/23) in 23.33 seconds, also winning the race.
Finished 2^nd in the 400m dash at the Rock Chalk Classic (4/29/23) in 54.36 seconds, also running in the 4x400 relay where her team finished 4^th in 3:46.56.
Ran in three events at the Michael Johnson Invitational (4/21-22/23) running a new personal best in the 100m dash in 11.67 seconds, beating her previous record from the same meet in 2021, also running in the 200m dash in 24.04, and in the 4x400 relay where her team took 6^th place in 3:36.70.
Started the outdoor season at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13-15/23) where she ran in the 4x400m relay elite, her team finishing 10^th with a time of 3:39.57, and in the 400m dash with a time of 54.60.

INDOOR

Medaled at the Big 12 Championships (2/24-25/23) being the last qualifier of the 400m dash preliminary at 53.59 seconds, and finishing 6^th in the final round at 53.20 seconds.
Won the 200m dash during the Steve Miller Invitational (2/17/23) in 23.69 seconds, also won the 60m dash in 7.47 seconds.
Finished 5^th in the 400m dash at the Texas Tech Open & Multis (1/26-28/23) with a time of 53.97, competing against 68 other competitors.
Broke a meet record while winning the 300m dash at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/20-21/23) with a new personal best of 37.80 seconds.
Won three events at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/13/23) in the 60m dash with a new personal best 7.38 seconds, a new facility record, the 200m dash at 23.85 seconds, a new meet record and ran in the mixed 4x400 relay where her team ran a time of 3:26.48.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2021-22)
OUTDOOR

Went all the way to the NCAA Championships (6/8-11/22) competing in the 400m dash at 52.94 seconds, and finished in the top-25 in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:37.70, at 22^nd.
Competed in the NCAA West Preliminary (5/25-28/22) in the 400m dash, her best time being 52.35 seconds, also running with her 4x400 relay in 3:33.83.
Recorded her 400m dash personal best at the Big 12 Championships (5/13-15/22) with a preliminary time of 52.17 seconds.
Won the 400m dash at the Jim Click Shootout (4/8-9/22) in 52.98 seconds, also finishing 3^rd in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:39.15.
Ran her first SMR at the Texas Relays (3/23-26/22) she finished 4^th with a time of 3:46.86, also finishing 2^nd in the 4x400 relay at 3:36.75.

INDOOR

Competed in three events at the Big 12 Championships (2/25-26/22), in the 400m dash at 54.01 seconds, in the 4x400 relay in 3:40.06 and in her first attempt at the DMR with a time of 11:24.82.
Won two events at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (2/4-5/22), in the 60m dash at 7.45 seconds and with her 4x400 relay with a time of 3:41.34.
Recorded her 300m dash personal best with a winning time of 38.21 seconds at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/21-22/22).
Won two events at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/14/22), the 60m dash at 7.44 seconds and the 200m dash in 24.17 seconds.

AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21)
OUTDOOR

Competed in the Big 12 Championships (5/14-16/21), finishing in the top-ten in the 4x100 relay in 5^th place at 45.75 seconds and in the 4x400 relay at 3:38.46 in 6^th place.
Won the 4x400 relay with her team at the John Jacobs Invitational (4/23-24/21) with a time of 3:32.91.
Ran her first 100m dash at 11.99 seconds at the Michael Johnson Invitational (4/16-17/21).
Recorded a 200m dash time of 24.13 seconds at the Jim Click Shootout (4/10/21), also winning the 4x100 relay at 45.20 seconds and the 4x400 relay in 3:34.52.
Won with her 4x400 relay in the UTSA Invitational (3/18-20/21) with a time of 3:37.64.

INDOOR

Competed in two events at the Big 12 Championships (2/26/21), the 400m dash where she placed 5^th at 53.40 seconds and her 4x400 relay finished 3^rd at 3:37.93.
Won the 400m dash during the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/29-30/21) in 54.77 seconds.
Finished in the top-three in two events at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/16/21), in the 60m dash she won in 7.51 seconds and finished 2^nd in the 200m dash at 24.52 seconds.
In her first meet at the K-State Winter Invitational (12/5/20) her 4x400 relay took 1^stwith a time of 3:49.32.
