MANHATTAN, Kansas - One of the longest continuous rivalries in all of women's college basketball, Kansas State travels to Kansas for a midweek meeting on Wednesday in the Dillons Sunflower Showdown at 7 p.m., in Allen Fieldhouse.
• Wednesday's game will be aired on ESPN+, as Josh Klingler (play-by-play) and Jill Dorsey Hall (analyst) will have the call.
• K-State (13-9, 4-6 Big 12) faced its seventh Associated Press top-25 opponent this season, as the Wildcats dropped an 81-52 decision to (23/25) Iowa State on Saturday. K-State leads the Big 12 in games against AP top-25 opponents this season.
• The Wildcats had three players in double figures: senior guard Kayla Goth, junior forward Peyton Williams and freshman guard Christianna Carr.
• Goth registered 15 points, six rebounds and six assists. This was the first time this season Goth tallied 15 or more points and five or more rebounds and five or more assists in the same game, a feat she achieved six times in 2017-18.
