• K-State has been led this season by junior Ayoka Lee and freshman Serena Sundell. Lee, a center from Byron, Minnesota, leads the nation in total points scored (158) and is second in the nation in scoring average (26.3 ppg). She also leads the nation in field goals made (68), is second in blocked shots (19) and third in total rebounds (68).
• Sundell is second on the team in scoring (11.8 ppg) and leads the Big 12 in total assists (32) and is third in assists per game (5.3). Over the last three games, Sundell is averaging 20.3 points and 5.0 assists.

1. Sundell From the Arc
• Serena Sundell has found her range in the last three games. The guard from Maryville, Missouri, has connected on 12-of-23 (.522) three-pointers in the last three games including two straight games with five. Sundell is the first K-State freshman to make five or more 3-pointers in consecutive games since Rachel Ranke in 2017-18.
2. The D is the Key
• K-State has held its opponents to 51.0 points per game, a .327 field goal percentage and a .224 three-point field goal percentage. The Wildcats rank 30th in the nation in scoring defense and 39th in the nation in field goal percentage defense.
3. Cats Take Care of the Rock
• K-State has shared the ball and also kept possession at a high rate to begin the 2021-22 season. The Wildcats lead the Big 12 and rank fourth in the nation in assist-to-turnover ratio at 1.75. K-State has had a positive margin in assists to turnovers in five games this season.

• K-State connected on a season-high 10 three-point field goals in consecutive games. This is the first time K-State has made 10 or more 3-pointers in consecutive games since Nov. 11 and Nov. 18, 2019.

Sky-High Field Goal Percentage
• When K-State shoots 50.0 percent or better in the Jeff Mittie era, Kansas State has been victorious. Since the 2014-15 season, the Wildcats are 23-3 (.885) when shooting 50.0 percent or better. 
• K-State shot a season-high 53.4 percent from the field against Central Arkansas on Nov. 9, while making 39 field goals. The field goal percentage of 53.4 percent was the highest for a K-State team since Dec. 3, 2019, when the Wildcats shot 64.9 percent against UIW, which is the top field goal percentage in the Mittie era.
• Against Abilene Christian on Nov. 23, K-State made 37 field goals and finished with a 51.4 percent effort from the floor.
• The field goal percentage of 64.9 percent against UIW on Dec. 3, 2019, set the K-State Bramlage Coliseum record and was the highest for K-State in any game since February 25, 1987, when the Wildcats carded a 65.4 percent (34-of-52) effort against Missouri.
• The Wildcats are shooting .464 from the field this season and rank fourth in the Big 12 and 49th in the nation in field goal percentage.

Glenn Reaches Rare Line
• Freshman guard Jaelyn Glenn provided one of the more unique K-State stat lines this season.
• Against Abilene Christian, Glenn tallied 13 points, eight assists, five steals and four rebounds.
• Glenn was the first K-State freshman since at least the 2000-01 season to notch 10 or more points, eight or more assists and five or more steals in the same game.

Sundell Sizzling
• Freshman guard Serena Sundell has added a scoring punch to her recent efforts.
• In the last three games, Sundell is averaging 20.3 points on a .594 field goal percentage and 5.0 assists.
• Against Abilene Christian on Nov. 23, Sundell tallied a career-high 25 points and tied her career-high with a 5-of-7 effort from 3-point range while also adding five rebounds, three steals and two assists.
• In her first career road game, Sundell led K-State with 21 points on 6-of-14 shooting, including a career-best 5-of-11 from beyond the arc while also handing out six assists at NC State on Nov. 19.
• She is the first K-State player to tally 20 or more points, five or more made 3-point field goals and five or more assists since Kindred Wesemann against Oklahoma on Feb. 9, 2016.

Lee Efficient from the Field
• Ayoka Lee continues to put the ball in the hoop at a high rate and is among the top-five on the K-State career field goal percentage list.
• To begin the 2021-22 season, Lee is shooting .673 (68-of-101) from the field. Lee ranks 15th in the nation and third in the Big 12 in field goal percentage and leads the nation in total field goals made (68).
• Against Central Arkansas, Lee made a career-high 17 field goals which was tied for second in school history and tied for fifth in Big 12 history for field goals made in a single-game.
• In her career, Lee has a field goal percentage of .604 (437-of-723) and ranks second in program history for career field goal percentage. Among active NCAA career leaders for field goal percentage, Lee ranks sixth among all players. Her career field goal percentage ranks fourth in Big 12 history.
• Lee owns 45 career games with a field goal percentage of .500 or better. She has made 10 or more field goals in a game 16 times in her career.
• In the 2020-21 season, Lee shot a career-high .621 (185-of-298) from the field and led the Big 12 and ranked third in the nation for field goal percentage. Among centers, Lee ranked second in the nation in field goal percentage.
• Lee was the only player in NCAA Division I in the 2020-21 season to shoot 60.0 percent or better from the field (min. 5 FGs made/game) and 80.0 percent or better from the foul line (min. 2.5 FTs made/game).
