MANHATTAN, Kansas - K-State will make its first road trip of the season, as the Wildcats begin a two-game haul on Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m., at Little Rock. This will be K-State's second visit to the capital of Arkansas, facing the Trojans in 2018.

1. Block Party
• K-State blocked 11 shots in the season-opening win over Presbyterian. The 11 blocks were the most by a Wildcat team since blocking 11 against North Carolina A&T on Nov. 15, 2021. Of Presbyterian's 33 missed shots, 33 percent came from a K-State blocked shot.
2. Lee Nearing Top-5 on K-State Scoring List
• Senior center and 2024 Leslie Award and Naismith Trophy candidate Ayoka Lee moved into seventh on the K-State career scoring list with 1,675 points. Lee needs 30 points to reach sixth (Diana Miller, 1987-91; 1,705). 
3. Glenn Opens With Diverse Line
• Junior guard Jaelyn Glenn registered 11 points, six rebounds and four steals against Presbyterian. This was the 15th time in her career Glenn has notched 10 or more points, five or more rebounds and two or more steals in a game.
4. Always Sunny with Sundell
• Junior guard and 2023-24 Lieberman Award candidate Serena Sundell ranks 11th in school history for career assists (366). She needs two assists to pass Nicole Ohlde (2000-04; 367) to move into 10th.
5. Welcome Walker
• Redshirt freshman guard Zyanna Walker carded a career-high 13 points against Presbyterian. Her 13 points equaled her total output in her five games at Louisville in the 2022-23 season.

• K-State registered the most combined blocks and steals in a single game in the Jeff Mittie era, as the Wildcats achieved 29 (18 steals, 11 blocks) in the season-opening win over Presbyterian.
• According to HerHoopStats, Monday's game marked the third time since at least the 2009-10 season in which K-State registered 10 or more blocks and 10 or more steals in the same game.
• On the opening day of the season, K-State and South Carolina (12 steals & 11 blocks) were the only two teams in the nation with 10 or more blocks and 10 or more steals in a game.

• Little Rock begins the season with a two-game home stand at the Jack Stephens Center. The Trojans dropped its opener to Missouri State, 52-47, on Monday night.
• Following Saturday's game against the Wildcats, Little Rock faces three straight SEC opponents: at Arkansas (Nov. 14), Alabama (Nov. 19) and at Ole Miss (Nov. 25).

at K-State 69, Presbyterian 35 (Nov. 6, 2023; Manhattan, Kan.)
• K-State throttled Presbyterian with its defense to collect its 13th straight season-opening win, 69-35.
• Kansas State forced the Blue Hose into 24 turnovers, including 18 by way of steals. The Wildcats held Presbyterian to 29.8 percent (14-of-47) shooting, registering 11 blocked shots.
• The Wildcats shot 60.0 percent (15-of-25) from the field in the second half, including 6-of-8 from three-point range.
• Ayoka Lee led the Wildcats with 14 points, seven rebounds, three blocks and two steals. Zyanna Walker added 13 points on 5-of-5 shooting off the bench and Jaelyn Glenn tallied 11 points, six rebounds, two steals and a blocked shot.

Wildcats' Defense Forges Identity
• K-State has continued to be a force on the defensive end during head coach Jeff Mittie's 10 seasons on the bench.
• In the 2023-24 season-opener, K-State held Presbyterian to 35 points on a .298 field goal percentage. This marked the fewest points allowed by the Wildcats since holding UT Martin to 30 points on November 12, 2021.
• During the last 21 seasons, K-State is 130-3 (.977) when holding an opponent to 49 points or less including a 49-0 mark in the Mittie era. During Mittie's tenure K-State has held 14 opponents to 40 or fewer points.
• In the 2022-23 season, K-State held opponents to 67.3 points per game and a field goal percentage defense at .402.
• The Wildcats held seven teams below 50 points in the 2022-23 season including a season-low of 38 points by Clemson in the 2022 Paradise Jam on 26.1 percent shooting, with an 11.1 field goal percentage and nine points in the second half.
• The Wildcats held 10 opponents to a field goal percentage of 35.0 percent or less including a season-low of 20.3 percent against UTRGV on Nov. 20.

K-State Holds Foes to Single Digits
• Entering the ninth season of the quarter system in women's college basketball, K-State's defense has limited its opponents point production for 10 minute durations.
• Kansas State is 79-28 (.738) when holding an opponent to single digits in any quarter in a game.
• K-State held Presbyterian to three quarters with single digit scoring in the season-opener.
• The Wildcats recorded 20 single-digit defensive quarters in the 2022-23 season. K-State was 9-5 in games last season in which they held a foe to single digits in any quarter.
• Against Clemson on Nov. 24, 2022, K-State limited the Tigers to nine second half points with four in the third quarter and five in the fourth including a 2-of-18 effort from the field in the second half. 
• The nine points were the fewest in a half for a K-State opponent since Feb. 20, 2022, when the Wildcats held Oklahoma State to six points in the first half including a school record for fewest points in a second quarter with two.

Wildcats Picking Pockets
• K-State opened the 2023-24 season with a high volume of thefts, as the Wildcats tallied 18 steals against Presbyterian. Of the 24 turnovers by the Blue Hose, 75.0 percent came from a Wildcat steal.
• The Wildcats saw each member of its starting five record two or more steals, led by Jaelyn Glenn and Brylee Glenn with four steals each.
• Kansas State displayed quick hands in the 2022-23 season, as the Wildcats were second in the Big 12 in steals per game (9.33 spg).
• The Wildcats pocketed 336 steals last season, the most since the 2014-15 season (374). Of the 614 opponent turnovers, 54.7 percent came by way of a K-State steal. 
• According to HerHoopStats.com, K-State ranked third in the Big 12 with a steal rate (percent of opponent plays that result in a steal) of 11.0 percent. During the Jeff Mittie era at K-State, the 2022-23 steal rate ranked second over the nine-season span, trailing the 2014-15 season (14.4 percent).
• The Wildcats notched 16 games with 10 or more steals, including a season-high of 20 against Kansas City on Dec. 7. This marked the most steals by the Wildcats since Dec. 22, 2014, against Abilene Christian (24).
• K-State featured three players with 60 or more steals last season: Jaelyn Glenn (91), Serena Sundell (67) and Brylee Glenn (61). The trio had the most combined steals of any three teammates in the Big 12 last season (219).
• Since at least the 2009-10 season, the 2022-23 season marked the first time K-State featured three players with 60 or more steals.

Walker Wows in Debut
• Redshirt freshman Zyanna Walker showcased her offensive ability in the season-opener against Presbyterian.
• Walker registered 13 points on 5-of-5 shooting, including 3-of-3 from beyond the arc, off the bench in just over 12 minutes of action.
• The guard from Wichita, Kansas, equaled her point total from her five games played at Louisville in 2022-23.
• According to HerHoopStats.com, Walker was the only Wildcat in any game since at least the 2009-10 season with five or more made field goals and three or more 3-point field goals made and finish perfect from the field.

Glenn Reaches Rare Lines
• Jaelyn Glenn provided a unique stat line for K-State in the season-opener. Glenn tallied 11 points, six rebounds and four steals.
• In her career, Glenn owns 15 career games with 10 or more points, five or more rebounds and two or more steals in a game.
• In the 2022-23 season, Glenn's diverse stat line included averaging 11.3 points, 5.4 rebounds, 2.5 steals and 2.1 assists. 
• Glenn was one of two players in the Big 12 last season to average 11 or more points, five or more rebounds, two or more assists and two or more steals.
• She was the only player in the Big 12 and one of five in the nation last season with totals of 400 or more points, 175 or more rebounds and 90 or more steals. Glenn was the first Wildcat in program history to reach 400 or more points, 175 or more rebounds and 90 or more steals in a season.
• Glenn led the Big 12 in steals per game and total steals (91). She ranked 11th in the nation for total steals.
• Glenn established career season-highs for points (406), field goals made and attempted (150-of-363), field goal percentage (.413), 3-point field goals made and attempted (71-of-195), three-point field goal percentage (.364), free throws made and attempted (35-of-52), free throw percentage (.673), steals (91) and blocked shots (17).
• Glenn notched 12 games in the 2022-23 season with the combined stat line of 10 or more points, five or more rebounds and two or more steals and 14 such games in her career.
• At Iowa State on Jan. 11, Glenn tallied 17 points, 10 rebounds, six steals, three assists and two blocks. According to HerHoopStats, Glenn was the only Power 5 player in the nation and one of just four nationally in the 2022-23 season to reach these marks in a game. She is the only K-State player to achieve these numbers in all of these categories in a game since at least 2009-10.
• Against West Virginia on Jan. 7, Glenn recorded her first career double-double with 10 points, 10 rebounds and three steals.

Sundell Sets Assist Mark
• Serena Sundell has established herself at the point for K-State with her distribution skills.
• Sundell, who is a candidate for the 2023-24 Nancy Lieberman Award, owns a career total of 366 and ranks 11th on the K-State career assists list. She is the 12th player in program history with 350 or more career assists. Sundell was the second player in program history (Shalee Lehning, 368) with 350 or more assists by the conclusion of their sophomore season.
• Sundell ranks second in school history for career assists per game at 5.23.
• She has 43 career games with five or more assists including three 
games with 10 or more assists and a career-high of 11 assists.
• Her career assist to turnover ratio of 1.66 is fourth in program history (min. 100 career assists).
• In the 2022-23 season, Sundell handed out a career-high 184 assists (5.11 apg) including a season-high 10 against Oklahoma State on Jan. 4.
• Sundell's 184 assists last season set the school record for assists in a sophomore season and ranked as the sixth-most in a season in program history.
• Sundell ranked fourth in the Big 12 in assists per game and ninth in assist to turnover ratio (1.48). In Big 12 action, Sundell averaged 5.06 assists and ranked fourth in the category.

Lee Efficient from the Field
• Ayoka Lee continues to put the ball in the hoop at a high rate and is among the top-five on the K-State career field goal percentage list.
• In her career, Lee has a field goal percentage of .578 (670-of-1159) and ranks third in program history for career field goal percentage. Among active NCAA career leaders for field goal percentage, Lee ranks ninth among all players. Her career field goal percentage ranks sixth in Big 12 history.
• Lee is the 10th player in program history with 600 or more field goals made in a career and the first since Breanna Lewis (2013-17). Lee ranks fifth in school history for career fields goals made.
• Lee owns 59 career games with a field goal percentage of .500 or better. She has made 10 or more field goals in a game 22 times in her career which is second in school history behind Tammie Romstad's record of 24.
• In the 2021-22 season, Lee shot .563 (296-of-526) from the field. Lee ranked 20th in the nation and led the Big 12 in field goal percentage. She was second in the nation in total field goals made (296) and ranked 17th for field goals attempted (526). 
• Lee set a new school record for field goals made in a single season. She ranked fifth in school history for field goals attempted in a season. Her 526 field goals attempted were the most by a Wildcat since Brittany Chambers in the 2012-13 season.
• Against Oklahoma on Jan. 23, Lee set the Big 12 and K-State records for field goals made with 23. Of the 23 made field goals, 22 came inside the paint and needed only three total dribbles.
• According to HerHoopStats.com, Lee was the first player since at least the 2009-10 season to record a field goal percentage of 75.0 percent or better on 26 or more field goal attempts. 
• Against Iowa State on Jan. 11, Lee made 18 field goals which was fourth in school history and tied for the fifth-most made field goals in Big 12 history in a single game.
• Lee has attempted a career-high 30 field goals twice. This was the fourth-most field goals attempted in a game in school history.

Lee the Queen of the Block
• Ayoka Lee remains one of the top shot blockers in the nation and has the numbers to back it up.
• In her career, Lee has 238 career blocked shots and ranks third in school history for career blocks. 
• She was the fourth player in school history to reach the 200-block mark. She owns the school record for career blocks per game at 2.70. Among active NCAA Division I players, Lee ranks fourth for career blocks per game average and third for career blocks.
• She has 63 career games with two or more blocks and 16 career games with five or more blocks. She owns the school record for career games with five or more blocks. Lee holds the school record for career games with seven or more blocks (4).
• In the 2021-22 season, Lee was a semifinalist for the 2022 Naismith Women's National Defensive Player of the Year and was named to her first Big 12 All-Defensive Team and was selected as the Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year by the Waco Tribune. She had a career-high 95 blocks (2.88 bpg) and was fourth in the nation in total blocks and sixth for blocks per game. She also has a career-high 39 steals (1.2 spg).
• Her total of 95 blocks ranked second in school history for blocks in a season and set the school record for blocks by a junior. This was the second time in her career Lee reached 90 or more blocks in a season (91; 2019-20). She is the first player in school history with at least two seasons with 90 or more blocks. 
• Lee's combined total of blocks and steals, 134, during the 2021-22 season established a new career-high and was the third-highest single season total in program history.
• Lee set a new career-high and tied for second in program history for a single-game with eight blocks against North Dakota State on Nov. 29. Her eight blocks tied for the eighth-highest total for a single-game in the 2021-22 season in the nation and were the most by a Big 12 player.
