Broadcast Schedule Announced for 2025 Volleyball Season

MANHATTAN, Kan. – A nationally televised match on ESPNU for the Dillons Sunflower Showdown at Kansas on October 24 highlights the 2025 season, as K-State officials announced the full broadcast lineup Friday.
Beginning with the season opener at Morgan Family Arena on August 29, K-State's Emmy-winning K-StateHD.TV department will produce every home contest streamed on ESPN+.

In addition to the match against the Jayhawks on ESPNU, the 2025 K-State volleyball season will feature 24 home and away regular-season matches available on ESPN+.

For the 16th year, the broadcast duo of Brian Smoller and K-State All-American Liz Wegner-Busch return to call the action on ESPN+. They will be joined this season by former Wildcat and All-Big 12 selection Kelsey Stringer (formerly Kelsey Chipman).
Most K-State and Big 12 athletic events, home and away – including men's basketball, women's basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball, and select football games – are available on ESPN+, the direct-to-consumer sports streaming service. Fans can sign up for ESPN+ at plus.espn.com, with monthly, annual, and bundle options available. No minimum contract is required, cancel anytime.
Entering its third under head coach Jason Mansfield, K-State returns 11 players from last season's roster and welcomes six incoming freshmen.
The Wildcats will host a Purple & White intrasquad scrimmage on August 20 at Morgan Family Arena before traveling to Oklahoma for an exhibition match against the Sooners on August 23. The 2025 season officially begins on August 29, when the Wildcats host the annual K-State Invitational.
