CAREER: Served as the primary place kicker over the final three years of his career... Finished second in school history, fifth in Big 12 history and tied for 13th nationally among active players in career field goal percentage (83.3%)... Left K-State ranked third in career field goals made (45), fourth in field goal attempts (54), fifth in career kick scoring (230) and 50-yard field goals (2), eighth in extra points made (95) and attempted (96), and ninth in scoring among all players... Also finished his career ranked 12th nationally among active players in career field goals made (1.45) and 21st in points per game (7.4).

2020: Served as the primary place kicker throughout the season, connecting on 12-of-17 field goals (70.6%), while he was perfect on all nine attempts from 35 yards and shorter... An Honorable Mention All-Big 12 performer by the league’s coaches as he finished fourth in the Big 12 in scoring overall and third in kick scoring... Two of his field goals made were from at least 50 yards, tying for fourth in school history in 50-yard field goals made in a season...  Tied for 11th nationally in 50-yard field goals... Was true on all 30 of his extra points, the 12th perfect season in school history (minimum 20 attempts)... Connected on a career-long field goal of 53 yards at TCU, which tied for the 10th-longest field goal made in school history... Was true on a 50-yard, game-winning field goal at No. 3 Oklahoma, the longest game-winning field goal with less than five minutes remaining in school history... On the watch list for the Lou Groza Award and was a First Team Academic All-Big 12 performer.

2019: The primary place kicker who connected on 19-of-21 field goals en route to Honorable Mention All-Big 12 accolades from the league’s coaches... Ranked third in school history in field-goal percentage at 90.5%, a mark that ranked eighth nationally, fourth in the Big 12 and 13th in Big 12 history... Tied a school record with 15 consecutive field-goals made, matching the mark of Jamie Rheem in 1999... Tied for fourth in K-State history in single-season field goals made, while his 1.46 field goals per game ranked fourth in the Big 12 and 25th nationally... Totaled 103 points to tie for fourth in school history among juniors... Was responsible for 7.9 points per game to rank fourth in the Big 12 among kickers and sixth among all players... Was true on all 46 extra-point attempts to tie the school record in percentage, while he ranked 10th in single-season extra-points made... Connected on multiple field goals in six games, including a season-high three in K-State’s three-point victory at Texas Tech... Was true from a season-long 46 yards at Oklahoma State... Made all seven of his extra-point attempts against both Nicholls and Bowling Green... A candidate for the Lou Groza Award... Kicked off seven times for a 53.6-yard average and one touchback... Earned First Team Academic All-Big 12 honors.

2018: Served as the team’s primary place kicker throughout a majority of the season, connecting on 14-of-16 field goals and 19-of-20 extra-point attempts... Led the Big 12 and ranked 14th nationally in field goals per game (1.56), while his percentage mark of 87.5 was third in the conference and 12th in the nation... His field-goal percentage also ranked third in school history... Was 4-for-4 on field goals against both South Dakota and Texas Tech, the latter earning him Big 12 Special Teams Player of the Week honors... They were each tied for the second-most field goals made by a Wildcat in school history, while his performance against South Dakota marked the most ever by a Wildcat in their debut and featured a season-long make of 44 yards... Just the third player in school history to make at least four field goals in two different games in one season (Jamie Rheem, 1999; Martin Gramatica, 1998)... Was true on a season-high five extra points against UTSA and Iowa State... Also kicked off 13 times for a 59.8-yard average... A Second Team Academic All-Big 12 performer... A former walk-on who was put on scholarship following the 2018 season opener.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered two years at Eisenhower under head coach Charlie Nally... Earned all-state honors from the Topeka Capital-Journal and Wichita Eagle as a senior in 2014, while he was an honorable mention pick following his junior year... Made 7-of-11 field goals during his senior campaign, including a long of 51 yards... Played soccer as a freshman and sophomore.

PERSONAL: Blake Edward Lynch was born December 22, 1996, in Wichita, Kansas... Son of Jason and Kim Lynch... Mother, Kim, attended K-State... Has one sister, Tera, who plays soccer at Washburn... Earned his bachelor’s degree in finance in May 2019 and is currently pursuing his MBA.
