OUTDOOR

Competed in the preliminary 1,500 meters during the Big 12 Championship (5/9-11/24) with a time of 4:32.89, finishing 17^th.
At the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) she ran in the 1,500 meters with a 6^th place time of 4:39.28.
During the Mt SAC Relays (4/17-20/24) she ran in the 1,500 meters elite event with a time of 2:24.58 in 14^th place.
Ran in the 1,500 meters at the Jim Click Shootout (4/5-6/24) with a 5^th place time of 4:29.76.
Shaved six seconds off her 1,500 meters personal best at the Hurricane Invitational (3/15-16/24) with a runner-up time of 4:22.37. She also ran in the 4x400 relay, her team finishing with a time of 4:07.02.

INDOOR

Medaled in the DMR at the Big 12 Championship (2/23-24/24) her team finishing 5^thwith a time of 11:32.19. She also ran in the preliminary 1,000 meters in 2:50.71 in 13^thplace.
At the Steve Miller Invitational (2/16/24) she ran in the 800 meters with a runner-up time of 2:14.38.
Ran in the mile for the first time this season at the Tyson Invitational (2/9-10/24) where she finished 9^th with a time of 4:49.89.
During the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) she competed in the 800 meters with a 6^th place time of 2:11.20.
Competed in the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/12/24) where she finished 2^nd in the 1,000 meters, in 2:55.94, just .03 seconds behind the winner.

AS A JUNIOR (2022-23)
OUTDOOR

Recorded her 800 meters personal best at the Big 12 Championships (5/12-14/23) in 2:08.98, where she finished 10^th in the preliminary race.
Won the 1,500 meters at the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6/23) in 4:35.18 and finished 2^nd in the 800 meters with a time of 2:12.58.
Ran the 800 meters Invitational at the Rock Chalk Classic (4/29/23) where she finished 5^th with a time of 2:13.08.
At the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13-15/23) she ran in the 1,500 meters with a 6^th place time of 4:30.79.
Finished runner-up in the 1,500 meters at the Texas Relays (3/29-4/1/23) with a time of 4:28.54. She also competed in her first SMR where her team finished 7^th with a time of 4:00.95.
Started the outdoor season at the UTSA Invitational (3/17-18/23) where she won the 800 meters with a time of 2:17.97, also running in the 4x400 relay with a time of 4:14.55.

INDOOR

During the Big 12 Championships (2/24-25/23) she competed in the mile, finishing 9^th in the final round at 4:53.30.
At the Steve Miller Invitational (2/17/23) she won the 800 meters with a time of 2:11.21.
Won the mile with a new personal best time of 4:42.36 during the Tyson Invitational (2/10-11/23).
Competed in the Texas Tech Open & Multis (1/26-28/23) where finished 2^ndin the mile run with a time of 4:55.67, also ran in the DMR with a 2^nd place time of 11:54.55.
In her first meet of the season at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/13/23) she ran in her first mile with a 3^rdplace time of 4:52.29, also finishing 3^rd in the 800 meters at 2:15.21.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2021-22)
OUTDOOR

At the Drake Relays (4/27-30/22) she contributed to a 3^rd place finish with her 4x800 relay team time of 8:31.22, also at the Relays she placed 5^th in the 800m at 2:10.24.
In the Texas Relays (3/23-26/22) she recorded a 1,500 meters time of 4:28.97 in a 4^th place finish.
At the UTSA Invitational (3/18-19/22) she finished runner-up in both the 800 meters at 2:11.23 and 1500 meters at 4:34.13.

INDOOR

During the Big 12 Championships (2/25-26/22) she recorded her 1,000 meters personal best at 2:29.04 in a 2^nd place finish.
In the Iowa State Classic (2/11-12/22) she contributed to the 4x400 relay as her team took 2^nd with a time of 3:44.26.
At the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/21-22/22) she ran her 600 yards personal best at 1:26.48 in a 3^rd place finish, also during the Invitational her relay team placed 2^nd in the 4x400 at 3:58.41.

AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21)

In the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/7-8/21) she placed 2^nd in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:40.05.
In the John Jacobs Invitational (4/23-24/21) she won the 1,500 meters at 4:34.92 and took 3^rd with her 4x400 relay team at 3:50.47.
At the Wichita State Shocker Spring Invitational (3/26-27/21) she took 3^rd in two events, the 800 meters at 2:13.10 and with her 4x400 relay team with a time of 4:07.32.

INDOOR

At the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/29-30/21) she took 2^nd in the 1,000 meters with a time of 2:52.70.
In the Jayhawk Classic (1/22-23/21) she placed 3^rd in the 800 meters in a time of 2:13.77.
At the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/16/21) she won the 1,000 meters at 2:55.65.
In her first meet at the K-State Wildcat Invitational (1/9/21) she won the 1,000 meters with a time of 2:58.35.

Competed in the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/10/23) where she finished 65^th in the 6k with a time of 21:57.5.
In her first race of the season at the Big 12 Championship (10/28/23) she ran the 6k with a time of 22:10.6, placing 73^rd.

AS A JUNIOR (2022)

During the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/11/22) she recorded a 78^th place finish with a 6k time of 21:36.3, 8 seconds faster than her time last season.
Competed in the Big 12 Championships (10/28/22) where she finished 43^rd in the 6k with a time of 22:36.9.
In the women's first 6k of the season at the Weis-Crockett Invitational (10/15/22) she finished with a time of 22:21.5 in a 97^thplace finish.
In consecutive meets at the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30/22) she shaved 30 seconds off her 5k personal best at 16:57.6 in a 13^th place finish, the second meet she lead the women's team.
Shaved a minute off her previous 5k time to 17:27.4 at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational (9/17/22) finishing 5^th.
Started the season recording a 5k time of 18:33.8 at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/3/22) with a 6^th place finish.

AS A JUNIOR (2021)

Advanced to the Midwest Regionals (11/12/21) for the first time, finishing 57^th with a 6k time of 21:44.2.
Helped the Wildcats to a second consecutive 5th-place finish at the Big 12 Championships (10/29/21), placing 45^th with a 6k time of 23:22.7.
At the Pre-National (10/15/21) meet, finished with a 6k time of 21:26.5 to place 121^st out of 243 runners.
Posted a new personal best 6k time of 21:24.4 to place 11^th at the Gans Creek Classic (10/1/21).
In the first meet of the season at the Cowboy Jamboree (9/18/21) she ran a 6k time of 23:02.9, placing right outside the top-50 at 51^st.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020)

Helped the Wildcats capture their highest finish (5th) at the Big 12 Championships (10/30/20) since 2001, placing 36^th with a 6k time of 22:29.5.
At the Oklahoma State Invitational (10/17/20) she finished with a 6k time of 23:06.7, finishing 40^th.
Ran in the Cowboy Jamboree (10/3/20) where she finished 32^nd in the 6k with a time of 23:03.2.
In the first meet she finished 11^th in the 5k at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/19/20) with a personal-best time of 18:44.6.

AS A FRESHMAN (2019)

Finished 75^th at the Big 12 Championships (11/2/19) with a 6k pace of 23:38.8.
Competed in her first collegiate 6k at the Pre-National Invitational (10/19/19) where she recorded a time of 24:04.4, placing 142^nd.
At the Joe Piane- Notre Dame Invitational (10/4/19) she ran a 5k time of 20:03.2, placing 172^nd.
Ran a 5k time of 20:22.0 at the Jay Dirksen Invitational (9/21/19), with a 97^th place finish.
In her first collegiate meet at the JK Gold Classic (9/7/19) she ran her 4k personal best time of 15:54.1, finishing 32^nd.
