OUTDOOR

During the Shocker Open (5/3/24) he ran in the 800 meters with a 3^rdplace time of 1:53.92.
Ran in the 1,500 meters at the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) with a time of 4:05.12.
Recorded his 800 meters personal best at the Mt SAC Relays (4/17-20/24) with a time of 1:52.61, in 11^th place.
At the Jim Click Shootout (4/5-6/24) he ran in the 1,500 meters with a 4^th place time of 3:54.73.
Recorded his 1,500 meters personal best at the Shocker Spring Invitational (3/29-30/24) in 3^rd place at 3:53.38, his fastest since 2022.
During the first outdoor meet of the year at the Hurricane Invitational (3/15-16/24) he ran in the 800 meters in 8^th place with a time of 1:53.59, also running in the 4x400 relay, his team finishing in 3:32.49.

INDOOR

Competed in the DMR at the Big 12 Championship (2/23-24/24) the team finishing with a time of 10:09.32 in 10^th place.
Finished runner-up in the 1,000 meters at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/16/24) with a time of 2:29.18.
At the Tyson Invitational (2/9-10/24) he ran in the 800 meters with a time of 1:53.55, finishing 22^nd out of 36.
During the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) he ran in the mile with a 7^th place time of 4:14.04.
Ran in the 1,000 meters at the Texas Tech Corky Classic (1/19/20-24) with a 5^th place time of 2:30.12.
In his first meet of the season at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/12/24) he ran in the 1,000 meters with a time of 2:30.51, finishing 4^th.

AS A JUNIOR (2022-23)

Ran in the 800 meters at the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6/23) with a 6^th place time of 1:55.91.
At the Michael Johnson Invitational (4/21-22/23) he ran in the 800 meters with a 12^th place time of 1:52.73, also running in the 4x400 relay where his team finished in 3:26.06.
In his first meet of the season at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13-15/23) he competed in the 800 meters with a time of 1:52.80.

AS A JUNIOR (2021-22)
OUTDOOR

Ran his 400m dash personal best in the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6-7/2) in a 5^th place finish at 50.86 seconds.
In his first attempt with a 4x800 relay team at the Drake Relays (4/27-30/22) his team placed 5^th with a time of 7:26.21.
Ran his first attempt at the 1,500 meters during the Texas State Bobcat Invitational (3/24-26/22) with a time of 3:54.08, placing 7^th.
At the Texas Relays (3/23-26/22) his DMR team won with a time of 9:42.04.
During the UTSA Invitational (3/18-19/22) he finished 3^rd in the 800 meters with a time of 1:53.35.

INDOOR

Recorded his 1,000 meters personal best in the Big 12 Championships (2/25-26/22) preliminaries with a time of 2:25.91, also during the meet he helped his DMR squad to a 4^th place finish at 9:55.03.
Won the 1,000 meters at the Steve Miller Invitational (1/18/21) with a time of 2:26.95.
During the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/21-22/22) he competed in two events, the 4x400 relay where his team finished 2^nd at 3:41.49 and in the 800 meters where he placed 3^rd at 1:56.98.
In the K-State Winter Invitational (12/11/21) he finished 2^nd in the 1,000 meters with a time of 2:31.51.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020-21)
OUTDOOR

At the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/7-8/21) he ran in the 400m dash for the first time placing 7^th at 51.85 seconds, also ran in the 800 meters where he finished 3^rd at 1:57.79.
At the John Jacobs Invitational (4/23-24/21) he competed in a 4x400 relay where his team finished 3^rd with a time of 3:24.97, also in the meet he placed 6^thin the 800 meters at 1:54.80.

In consecutive meets he finished in the 800 meters top-3 at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/29-30/21) he finished 3^rdat 1:59.39 and in the Steve Miller Invitational (2/20/21) in 2^nd place with a time of 1:56.68.

AS A FRESHMAN (2019-20)

Finished 2^ndin the 800 meters during the Steve Miller Open (2/22/20) at 1:59.77.
At the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/24-25/20) he competed in the 1,000 meters finishing 4^that 2:39.46.
In his first meet during the Jim Green Invitational (1/10-11/20) he ran in the 800 meters finishing with a time of 1:59.48, placing 21^st.

Personal Bests (Cross Country)

AS A JUNIOR (2023)

Competed in the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/10/23) running in the 10k with a time of 33:00.0, placing 124^th.
Recorded a new 8k personal best at the Big 12 Championship (10/28/23) at 25:02.1, a new best by 15 seconds and just shy of cracking 25 minutes, placing 70^th.
In the Panorama Farms Classic (10/14/23) he ran the 8k one second shy of his personal best at 25:18.7, finishing 50^th.
At the Gans Creek Classic (9/29/23) he ran in the 8k with a time of 25:29.1, placing 62^nd.
During the John McNichols Invitational (9/16/23) he recorded an 8k time of 25:17.9, finishing 57^th.
Recorded his first 6k time during the Bob Timmons Classic (9/2/23) in 19:35.7, finishing 15^th.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2022)

Ran in his first 10k at the NCAA Midwest Regionals (11/11/22) where he ran with a time of 31:21.7, placing 109^th, out of 197 runners.
Competed in the Big 12 Championships (10/28/22) where he finished 39^th in the 8k with a time of 25:46.3, 12 seconds faster than his time in the previous meet.
At the Weis-Crocket Invitational (10/15/22) he recorded an 8k time of 25:54.9, finishing 179^th.
In his first meet of the season at the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30/22) he ran a new 8k personal best at 25:43.3, placing 143^rd.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2021)

Helped the Wildcats to a 4th-place finish at the Big 12 Championships (10/29/21), finishing 58^th with an 8k time of 27:12.0.
Performed well at the Pre-National (10/15/21) meet with a time of 26:25.0 to place 130^th out of 256 competitors.
In his first collegiate meet he ran an 8k time of 25:47.5 at the Gans Creek Classic (10/1/21), finishing 99^th.

AS A FRESHMAN AT LOUISVILLE (2019)

PRIOR TO K-STATE

Competed at Lexington High School in Lexington, Ohio prior to enrolling at Louisville.
Lettered in cross country and track and field.
Captured the cross country state title as a senior at the 2018 Ohio D2 State Championships with a 5k time of 15:52.9… Placed 1st or 2nd in all nine cross country meets as a senior, including 6 individual titles capped by the state championship.
Finished 4th at the 2017 Ohio D2 State Cross Country Championships with a 5k time of 15:59.3 as a junior, helping Lexington win the team state cross country championship.
Competed in the 800m and 1,600m as well as the 4x400m and 4x800m relays.
Finished 4th in the 800m as a senior at the 2019 Ohio D1 State Championships with a personal-best time of 1:53.02… Also won the 1,600m at the Ohio D1 Northwest District Championships, while he was 4th in the 4x400m relay and 14^th in the 4x800m relay.
Advanced to the state championship in the 4x800m relay in 2017 and 2018, finishing as the state runner-up in the event at the Ohio State Championships with a time of 7:51.09.
