OUTDOOR

In the Shocker Open (5/3/24) he competed in the 400m hurdles in 55.09 seconds.
Competed in the 400m hurdles during the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) with a 5^th place time of 54.21 seconds.
At the Mt SAC Relays (4/17-20/24) he ran in the 400m hurdles in 54.77 seconds.
During the Jim Click Shootout (4/5-6/24) he competed in the 400m hurdles in 54.11 seconds in 6^th place.
Ran in the 200m dash at the Shocker Spring Invitational (3/29-30/24) in 21.93 seconds.
To start the outdoor season at the Hurricane Invitational (3/15-16/24) he ran in the 300m dash in 34.77 seconds, also running in the 4x400 relay where his team finished 3^rd in 3:14.26.

INDOOR

Competed in the DMR at the Big 12 Championship (2/23-24/24) the team finishing with a time of 10:09.32 in 10^th place.
Ran in the 200m dash at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/16/24) in 21.66 seconds in 6^th place.
At the Tyson Invitational (2/9-10/24) he ran in 400m dash in 49.61 seconds.
In his first meet of the season at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) he competed in the 400m dash in 50.26 seconds and in a 4x400 relay where his team finished 7th in 3:17.20.

AS A JUNIOR (2022-23)
OUTDOOR

Medaled in the 4x400 relay at the Big 12 Championships (5/12-14/23) where his team finished 6^th with a time of 3:10.34.
Finished 3^rd in the 200m dash at the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6/23) in 21.58 seconds.
Recorded a new 200m dash personal best at the Rock Chalk Classic (4/29/23) in 21.31 seconds, finishing 8^th.
At the Michael Johnson Invitational (4/21-22/23) he competed in the 400m hurdles with a time of 55.08 seconds, and in the 4x400 relay where his team finish 10^th in 3:13.63.
Competed in two events at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13-15/23), in the 400m hurdles with a time of 54.64 and in the 4x400m relay elite where his team finished 12^th with a time of 3:15.05.
In his first meet of the outdoor season at the Texas Relays (3/29-4/1/23) he competed in the 4x400 where his team finished with a time of 3:12.53.

INDOOR

Competed in the Big 12 Championships (2/24-25/23) in the 4x400 relay, his team finishing with a time of 3:12.24.
Finished 3^rd in the 300m dash at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/17/23) with a time of 35.13 seconds.
At the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/13/23) he ran in the 400m dash finishing 2^nd with a time of 48.56 seconds; also ran in the mixed 4x400 relay where his team won at 3:26.48.
In his first meet at the K-State Winter Invitational (12/10/22) he competed in the 300m dash with a time of 34.72 seconds.

AS A JUNIOR (2021-22)
OUTDOOR

Went all the way to the NCAA Championships (6/8-11/22) where his 4x400 relay placed 15^th in the preliminary at 3:04.33.
In the NCAA West Preliminary (5/25-28/22) his 4x400 relay team placed 11^th with a time of 3:03.97, the fastest relay he's been a part of.
His 4x400 relay team took 2^nd at the Big 12 Championships (5/13-15/22) with a time of 3:04.27.
Competed in two relays at the Texas Tech Corky Classic (4/29-30/22) where his 4x400 relay team took 1^st at 3:06.19 and in the 4x100 finished 2^nd at 40.70 seconds, he also ran in the 400m hurdles where he placed 4^th in 54.23 seconds.
His 4x400 relay team won during the UTSA Invitational (3/18-19/22) with a time of 3:08.96.

INDOOR

At the Iowa State Classic (2/11-12/22) he ran in the 200m dash in 21.50 seconds, finishing 3^rd, and also ran with his 4x400 relay team where they took 2^nd at 3:09.09.
In the first meet of the season at the K-State Winter Invitational (12/11/21) he ran his 300m dash personal best at 34.37 seconds, finishing 3^rd.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020-21)
OUTDOOR

Went to the NCAA West Preliminary (5/26-29/21) competing in two events, the 400m hurdles and the 4x400 relay where his team placed 17^th with a time of 3:07.76.
During the Big 12 Championships (5/14-16/21) he recorded his 400m hurdles personal best at 51.98 seconds, placing 6^th.
At the John Jacobs Invitational (4/23-24/21) he competed in two events, in the 4x400 relay his team took 2^nd with a time of 3:13.00, and in the 400m hurdles he finished 3^rd at 52.63 seconds.
Recorded his 400m dash personal best at the Michael Johnson Invitational (4/16-17/21) with a time of 48.06 seconds.
Competed in the 400m hurdles for the first time at the Jim Click Shootout (4/10/21) where he took 6^th place at 54.46 seconds.

INDOOR

Ran his 600 yards personal best at the Texas Tech Shootout (2/12-13/21) with a time of 1:11.64 in a 6^th place finish.
Won the 400m dash at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/29-30/21) with a time of 49.08 seconds.
In the KSU-KU-WSU Triangular (1/16/21) he competed in the 600 yards for the first time finishing 2^nd at 1:13.75.
At the K-State Wildcat Invitational (1/9/21) he competed in two events, the 4x400 relay his team took 1^st with a time of 3:18.54 and in the 300m dash he finished 2^nd at 34.74 seconds.

AS A FRESHMAN (2019-20)

Competed in his first DMR in the Big 12 Championships (2/28-29/20), his team finishing 6^th with a combined time of 10:07.09.
In the Steve Miller Open (2/22/20) he finished 2^nd in the 400m dash at 49.37 seconds.
At the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/24-25/20) his 4x400 relay team won with a time of 3:15.26, also in the meet he finished 2^nd in the 200m dash at 22.66 seconds.
Won the 4x400 relay in his first meet at the K-State Winter Invitational (12/14/19) with a time of 3:16.80.
