OUTDOOR

Earned All-America honorable mention during her first NCAA Championship (6/5-8/24), running in the 3,000m steeplechase with a new personal best time of 10:06.01 in 17^th place, the no. 4 spot in the K-State women's records.
At the NCAA West Preliminary (5/22/25-24) she finished 9^th in the 3,000m steeplechase, fourth in her heat, with a time of 10:12.13.
Medaled in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Big 12 Championship (5/9-11/24) with a 3^rd place time of 10:10.43.
Ran in the 1,500 meters during the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) with a runner-up time of 4:30.23.
During the Mt SAC Relays (4/17-20/24) she ran in the 3,000m steeplechase elite with a 7^thplace time of 10:09.50.
Competed in the 3,000m steeplechase for the first time this season at the Jim Click Shootout (4/5-6/24), winning with a time of 10:18.56.
Won the 1,500 meters at the Shocker Spring Invitational (3/29-30/24) with a time of 4:32.24.
Shaved 13 seconds off her 1,500 meters personal best, from 2021, to start the outdoor season at the Hurricane Invitational (3/15-16/24) in 6^th place with a time of 4:24.54. She also ran in the 4x400 relay, her team finishing with a time of 4:07.02.

INDOOR

Medaled in the DMR at the Big 12 Championship (2/23-24/24) her team finishing 5^thwith a time of 11:32.19. Also ran in the 3000 meters with a time of 9:44.10 in 16^th place, out of 37 runners.
Ran in two events at the Tyson Invitational (2/9-10/24), recording a new 3,000 meters personal best in a 3^rd place time of 9:28.66, no. 6 in the K-State all-time top-10, and in the mile at 4:52.77 in 11^th place.
Finished runner-up in the mile during the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) with a time of 4:48.59.
At the Texas Tech Corky Classic (1/19-20/24) she ran in the mile with a 5^th place time of 4:56.76.
Won the mile at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/12/24) with a time of 4:53.70.

AS A JUNIOR (2022-23)
OUTDOOR

During the NCAA West Preliminary (5/24-27/23) she ran in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 10:36.71.
Medaled in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Big 12 Championships (5/12-14/23) with a 7^th place time of 10:47.75.
Won the 3,000m steeplechase at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13-15/23) with a time of 10:14.79.
Ran the 3,000m steeplechase at the Texas Relays (3/29-4/1/23) with a 2^ndplace time of 10:19.23. She also ran in the DMR where her team finished 4^th in 11:48.66.
In the first outdoor meet of the season at the UTSA Invitational (3/17-18/23) she won the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 10:32.56.

INDOOR

Competed in the Big 12 Championships (2/24-25/23) in the 3,000 meters where she finished 16^th with a time of 9:50.79, out of 45 starting runners.
Won the mile run during the Steve Miller Invitational (2/17/23) with a time of 4:55.20.
Ran in the 3,000 meters at the Tyson Invitational (2/10-11/23) at 9:38.82, finishing 3^rd.
During the Texas Tech Open & Multis (1/26-28/23) she ran in the 3,000 meters where she finished 4^th with a time of 9:58.69, she also ran in the DMR where her team finished 2^nd at 11:54.55.
In her first meet of the season at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/13/23) she ran in two events, the mile run finishing 4^th at 4:56.34 and in the 1,000 meters finishing 3^rd with a time of 2:58.64.

Ran her fastest mile at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (2/4-5/22) with a winning time of 4:47.76.
At the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/21-22/22) she took 2^nd in two events, the mile with a time of 4:50.26, and in her first 4x400 relay where her team finished with a time of 3:58.41.
Won the 3,000 meters in the first meet of the season at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/14/22) with time of 9:48.87.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020-21)
OUTDOOR

During the Big 12 Championships (5/14-16/21) she recorded a new personal best in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16:54.81.
At the Michael Johnson Invitational (4/16-17/21) she recorded her 800 meters personal best with a time of 2:14.52, also running in the 1,500 meters with a 10^th place finish at 4:37.03.
Competed in her first 3,000m steeplechase at the Jim Click Shootout (4/10/21) where she took 3^rd with a time of 10:48.66.

INDOOR

Took 4^th in two events at the Big 12 Championships (2/26/21), in the mile run with a time of 4:58.42, and in her first DMR with a combined time of 11:41.83.
At the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/29-30/21) she took 3^rd in the 1,000 meters with a time of 2:55.91.
During the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/16.21) she ran in the 3,000 meters with a 2^nd place time of 10:10.10.
To start the season at the K-State Wildcat Invitational (1/9/21) she finished 2^nd in the 800 meters with a time of 2:19.81.

Ran her 1,000 meters personal best at the Big 12 Championships (2/28-29/20) with a time of 2:53.59, placing 7^th.
At the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/24-25/20) she competed in two events, the mile where she finished 2^nd at 5:01.72 and in the 800 meters with a time of 2:14.94.
In her first meet at the K-State Winter Invitational (12/14/19) she ran in the 1,000 meters, taking 3^rd with a time of 3:00.45.

AS A SENIOR (2023)

Finished second for the Wildcats in the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/10/23) with a 6k time of 21:26.7, finishing 31^st.
Recorded a new 6k personal best at the Big 12 Championship (10/28/23), 14 seconds faster than her previous last season at 20:43.7, leading the Wildcats in 30^th place. Her time is no. 8 on the K-State all-time 6k list.
During the Panorama Farms Classic (10/14/23) she finished in the top-20 in the 6k with a time of 21:19.0, placing 18^th.
Led the Wildcats for the third straight meet at the first 6k of the year at the Gans Creek Classic (9/29/23) where she finished 20^th with a time of 21:36.3.
At the John McNichols Invitational (9/16/23) she finished 3^rd in the 5k with a time of 17:29.4.
Won the Bob Timmons Classic (9/2/23) with a 5k time of 18:00.3, still the fastest time K-State women's time at Rim Rock Farm.

AS A JUNIOR (2022)

During the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/11/22) she ran her best postseason performance while leading the Wildcats with a 37^thplace finish, with a 6k time of 20:57.8, cracking 21 minutes.
At the Big 12 Championships (10/28/22) she led the Wildcats with a 23^rdplace finish in the 6k with a time of 21:52.4.
In the first 6k of the season at the Weis-Crockett Invitational (10/15/22) she recorded a time of 21:39.9, placing 39^th, leading the women's team.
Competing in the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30/22) in back-to-back meets she ran a new 5k best at 17:18.8 with a top-20 finish at 20^th.
In consecutive meets she recorded a new 5k personal best at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational (9/17/22) with a time of 17:45.9 finishing in the top-ten at 6^th.
At the Bob Timmons Classic (9/3/22) she recorded her best finish coming in at 2^nd in the 5k with a new personal best of 18:07.7, also claiming the fastest 5k time by a Wildcat at the Rim Rock Farm course.

AS A JUNIOR (2021)

Advanced to the Midwest Regionals (11/12/21) for the second time in her career, finishing 38^th with a 6k time of 21:29.8.
Helped the Wildcats to a second consecutive 5th-place finish at the Big 12 Championships (10/29/21), placing a team-best 17^th with a 6k time of 21:43.3.
At the Pre-National meet (10/15/21) she ran a 6k time of 21:45.5, placing 146^th.
Recorded a 6k time of 21:28.1 to place 15^th at the Gans Creek Classic (10/1/21).
Started the season at the Cowboy Jamboree (9/18/21) where she placed 33^rdin the 6k with a time of 22:28.7.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020)

Helped the Wildcats capture their highest finish (5th) at the Big 12 Championships (10/30/20) since 2001, placing 32^nd with a 6k time of 22:20.0.
Placed 30^th at the Oklahoma State Invitational (10/17/20) with a 6k time of 22:42.5.
At the Cowboy Jamboree (10/3/20) she finished in the top-25 with a 6k time of 22:39.3, finishing 21^st.

AS A FRESHMAN (2019)

Advanced to the Midwest Regionals (11/15/19) for the first time, finishing 143^rd with a 6k time of 23:11.2.
Ran in her first conference meet with a 6k of 22:44.6 at the Big 12 Championship (11/2/19), finishing 56^th.
Enjoyed a strong showing at the Pre-National (10/19/19) meet, finishing with a 6k time of 22:53.4 to place 81^st out of 169 runners.
She shaved 40 seconds off her previous 5k time during the Joe Piane- Notre Dame Invitational (10/4/19) with a time of 18:46.0, placing 114^th.
At the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational (9/21/19) she ran her first 5k time of 19:21.5, placing 53^rd.
In her first collegiate meet at the JK Gold Classic (9/7/19) she competed in her only 4k with a time of 15:52.1, finishing in the top-30 at 29^th.

PRIOR TO K-STATE

Competed at Lawrence High School in Lawrence, Kan.
Lettered in cross country and track and field as well as basketball and volleyball.
Helped Lawrence win the 2018 and 2019 team Class 6A State Championships… Finished in the top-6 in 3 events (800m, 4x400m and 4x800m relays) in 2018 and the top-3 in 4 events (800m, 1,600m, 4x400m and 4x800m relays) in 2019.
Helped Lawrence win their first state championship in volleyball in 23 years in 2018.
Was part of the 4x400m relay team that won the 2016 Class 6A state championship, while they finished as the state runner-up in both 2017 and 2018.
Was the 2019 Class 6A state runner-up in the 800m with a season-best time of 2:16.87, while she placed 3rd in the 1,600m with a season-best time of 5:08.62.
Finished as the state runner-up in the 800m at the 2017 Class 6A State Championships, while she placed 3rd in the event at the 2018 Championships.
Was part of the 2019 Class 6A runner-up 4x800m relay team that finished in a time of 9:52.85 as well as the 3rd-place 4x400m relay team that finished at 4:00.88.
