AS A SENIOR (2023-24)
OUTDOOR

At the Shocker Open (5/3/24) she competed in the 800 meters with a 4^th place time of 2:17.48.
Ran in the 800 meters at the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) with a time of 2:15.24 in 9^th place.
Finished 3^rdin the 800 meters at the Shocker Spring Invitational (3/29-30/24) with a time of 2:16.05.
During the first meet of the season at the Hurricane Invitational (3/15-16/24) she ran in the 800 meters with a time of 2:14.50 in 8^thplace. She also ran in the 4x400 relay, her team finishing with a time of 4:07.02.

INDOOR

During the Steve Miller Invitational (2/16/24) she ran in the 800 meters with a time of 2:19.31 in 4^th place.
Recorded her new 800 meters personal best at the Tyson Invitational (2/9-10/24) in 2:12.92, her fastest time since the same meet last year.
She ran in two events during the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24), running a new personal best in the 1000 meters with a time of 2:55.59 in 6th place and in the 800 meters with a 9th place 2:15.59.
At the Texas Tech Corky Classic (1/19-20/24) she ran in the 800 meters with a time of 2:16.24 in 7^th place.
Ran in the 600 yards at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/12/24) with a 6^th place time of 1:29.31.
Won the 1,000 meters at the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/2/23) with a time of 3:04.34.

AS A JUNIOR (2022-23)
OUTDOOR

At the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6/23) she ran in the 800 meters where she finished 5^th with a time of 2:18.85.
Finished 4^th in the 800 meters at the Rock Chalk Classic (4/29/23) with a time of 2:16.63.
During the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13-15/23) she ran in the 800 meters with a time of 2:17.03.
Competed in the Bobcat Invitational (3/30-4/1/23) where she ran in the 800 meters with a time of 2:15.64.
At the ESU Relays (3/23-25/23) she ran in the 1,500 meters with a time of 5:02.38, finishing 15^th.
Started the outdoor season at the UTSA Invitational (3/17-19/23) by winning the 1,500 meters in her first attempt with a time of 4:51.36, also running in the 4x400 relay in a time of 4:14.55.

INDOOR

During the Big 12 Championships (2/24-25/23) she ran in her first DMR, her team finishing 8^th with a time of 11:48.59.
Ran her 600 yards personal best in two years at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/17/23) with a winning time of 1:29.21.
At the Tyson Invitational (2/10-11/23) she ran in the 800 meters with a time of 2:13.55 in 15^th place.
Competed in the Texas Tech Open & Multis (1/26-28/23) where she finished 8^th in the 800 meters with a time of 2:18.62, out of 33 competitors.
At the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/20-21/23) she ran in the 1,000 meters with a time of 3:02.00, finishing 3^rd.
In her first meet at the K-State Winter Invitational (12/10/22) she ran in the 600 yards with a time of 1:30.37.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2021-22)
OUTDOOR

At the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6-7/22) she took 4^th in the 400m dash with a time of 1:01.17.

INDOOR

Won the 600 yards at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/18/22) with a time of 1:32.96.
Recorded her 1,000 meters personal best in the K-State Winter Invitational (12/11/21) with a 2^nd place finish at 3:05.78.

AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21)
OUTDOOR

She recorded her 400m dash personal best in the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/7-8/21) with a time of 1:00.54, also in the meet she finished 2^nd in the 800 meters at 2:19.35.
In the John Jacobs Invitational (4/23-24/21) she contributed to her relay team in a 4x400 3^rdplace finish at 3:50.47.
At the Wichita State Shocker Spring Invitational (3/26-27/21) her 4x400 relay team placed 3^rd with a time of 3:50.47.

INDOOR

In the Steve Miller Invitational (2/20/21) she contributed to her 4x400 relay team finishing 2^ndwith a time of 4:09.49, also in the invitational she took 3^rd in the 800m at 2:18.49.
Ran in the 800 meters at the Arkansas Qualifier (2/5/21) with a time of 2:15.41.
At the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/29-30/21) she finished 2^nd in the 800 meters at 2:18.07.
Ran in the 600 yards at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/16/21) with a time of 1:29.50 in a 4^th place finish.
In her first meet at the K-State Wildcat Invitational (1/9/21) she placed 3^rd in the 800 meters with a time of 2:19.88.

AS A SENIOR (2023)

Ran in her first 6k at the Gans Creek Classic (9/29/23) with a time of 23:52.6.
Recorded a new 5k personal best at the John McNichols Invitational (9/16/23) with a time of 19:25.6.
In her first collegiate cross country meet at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/2/23) she ran the 5k in 20:05.3, finishing 19^th.

PRIOR TO K-STATE

Attended Waukee High School in Urbandale, Iowa.
Earned six varsity letters.
Team captain for cross country and track and field.
Part of the 4x400m and 4x800m relay teams that won the state championship, holding the school and state record in the 4x800m relay.
Helped Waukee place 4^th at the 2019 Class 4A State Cross Country Championship, as she finished with a time of 20:42.7.
Member of the National Honor Society as well as Academic All-State and Silver cord recipient.
