AS A SENIOR (2023-24)
OUTDOOR

At the Shocker Open (5/3/24) he ran in the 800 meters with a 5^th place time of 1:55.97.
Recorded his 800 meters personal best at the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) with a time of 1:54.26 in 8^th place.
In his first meet of the season at the Shocker Spring Invitational (3/29-30/24) he ran in the 800 meters with a time of 1:55.85 in 6^th place.

INDOOR

During the Steve Miller Invitational (2/16/24) he ran in the 800 meters with a 4^th place time of 1:55.53.
At the Tyson Invitational (2/9-10/24) he ran in the 800 meters with a time of 1:55.95.
Ran in the 800 meters at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/12/24) with a 3^rd place time of 1:57.88.
In the first meet at the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/2/23) he ran in the 1,000 meters with a 3^rd place time of 2:34.64. He also ran in the 4x400 relay, his team finished with a time of 3:25.48 in 9^th place.

Finished 4th in the 800 meters at the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6/23) with a time of 1:54.32.
At the Rock Chalk Classic (4/29/23) he ran in the 800 meters with a time of 1:57.31, finishing 14^th out of 27.
During the Michael Johnson Invitational (4/21-22/23) he ran in the 800 meters in 1:55.86 and in the 4x400 relay where his team finished with a time of 3:26.06.
Competed in his first meet of the season at the ESU Relays (3/23-25/23) with a 800 meters 4^th place time of 1:57.96.

OUTDOOR

In the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6-7/22) he ran a new 400m dash personal best at 50.90, finishing 6^th.
At the ESU Relays (3/24-26/22) he ran in the 800 meters with a time of 1:54.84.

INDOOR

In the Steve Miller Invitational (2/18/22) he recorded his 1,000 meters personal best at 2:30.00 with a 4^th place finish.
At the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/21-22/22) he ran his 600 yards personal best at 1:15.37 in a 3^rd place finish and placed 2^nd with his 4x400 relay team with a time of 3:41.49.

AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21)
OUTDOOR

Ran unattached in the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/7-8/21) where he ran in the 400m dash at 52.41 and the 800 meters with a time of 2:02.00.

INDOOR

At the Steve Miller Invitational (2/20/21) he ran in the 800 meters at 1:58.83 placing 5^th.
In his first meet at the K-State Wildcat Invitational (1/9/21) he finished 3^rd in the 1,000 meters with a time of 2:40.09.

PRIOR TO K-STATE

Competed at Circle High School in Bel Aire, Kan.
Lettered in cross country and track and field.
Advanced to the Class 4A and 5A State Cross Country Championships all four years, finishing 13^th as a senior at the 2019 Class 4A State Championships with a season-best 5k time of 17:15.1.
His senior track season was canceled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Finished in the top-5 in the 800m at the Class 4A State Championships three times, including winning the state title with a personal-best time of 1:57.51 in 2019.
Placed in the top-10 in 3 events (800m, 4x400m and 4x800m relays) at the 2018 Class 4A State Championships, including a 4th-place finish in the 4x800m relay.
Member of the National Honor Society.

IN THE CLASSROOM
