AS A FRESHMAN (2023)

Earned NCAA All-Region honors during the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/10/23) placing in the top-25 with an 18^th place finish with a time of 21:02.9.
In her first Big 12 Championship (10/28/23) she finished 38^th with a 6k time of 21:03.3.
Won the women's orange 6k at the Panorama Farms Classic (10/14/23) with a new personal best time of 20:37.3, now no. 7 in the K-State all-time 6k records.
Ran in her first 6k at the Gans Creek Classic (9/29/23) with a time of 21:51.6, placing 31^st.
During her first collegiate meet at the John McNichols Invitational (9/16/23) she finished the 5k in 12^th place with a time of 17:47.1.

OUTDOOR

Ran in two events during the Big 12 Championship (5/9-11/24), in her first 10,000 meters with a 10^th place time of 35:45.77 and also ran in the 5,000 meters in 17:38.01, finishing 21^st.
At the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) she won the 1500 meters in 4:28.78 and ran her first 800 meters in 2:12.39 in 5^th place.
During the Mt SAC Relays (4/17-20/24) she ran in the 5000 meters elite event with a time of 16:58.47 in 20^th place.
Won her first 5000 meters at the WashU Distance Carnival (3/28-29/24) with a time of 16:24.7, no. 5 in the K-State all-time top-10, also a new facility record at Bushyhead Track.
Ran in two events to start the outdoor season at the Hurricane Invitational (3/15-16/24) in her first 1500 meters she finished 5^th with a time of 4:24.19, also recording her 3000 meters personal best as runner-up in 9:23.88, now no. 6 in the K-State all-time top-10.

INDOOR

Competed in the 3000 meters at the Big 12 Championship (2/23-24/24) with a time of 9:35.72 in 12^th place, finishing 2^nd in her heat.
During the Tyson Invitational (2/9-10/24) she ran in the 3000 meters in 5^th place with a time of 9:29.52.
Won the 3000 meters in her first attempt at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) with a time of 9:42.64.
Ran her fastest mile at the Texas Tech Corky Classic (1/19-20/24) with a 2^nd place time of 4:49.47.
In her first collegiate meet at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/12/24) she ran in the mile with a time of 4:54.68 in 2^ndplace.
