CAREER: One of the top punters in school history who came from the community-college transfer to break the school record for career punting average at 44.80... His career mark that ranked sixth in Big 12 history among punters with at least 80 attempts.
2019: Played in all 13 games, setting the single-season school record for punting average at 45.38... His season average led the Big 12, ranked 14th nationally and 17th in Big 12 history... Earned Second Team All-Big 12 honors from both the league’s coaches and Associated Press... Led the Big 12 with 18 punts of 50 or more yards, 14 of which traveled at least 55 yards and six that went at least 60 yards... Named to the Ray Guy Award’s “Ray’s 8” list after having three punts downed inside the Baylor 10-yard line... Set a career high with a 50.6-yard average at Mississippi State and reset that mark with a 53.3-yard average against Oklahoma... Had season-long punts of 64 yards in the final two games of his career, against Iowa State in the regular-season finale and Navy in the 2019 Liberty Bowl.
2018: Served as the team’s primary punter over the final half of the season, earning Honorable Mention All-Big 12 accolades from the league’s coaches... Punted 27 times for a 43.6-yard average with six punts of 50 or more yards and 10 landing inside the opponent’s 20-yard line... His season average ranked sixth in school history and would have ranked first in the Big 12 and 25th nationally if he played in the required minimum amount of games... His six punts of 50 or more yards were the most by a Wildcat since Mark Krause in 2013... Had a great game at Oklahoma, setting career highs for punts (7), average (46.9), long punt (65), punts of 50-plus yards (3) and punts landing inside the 20-yard line (5)... His 65-yarder against the Sooners was tied for the second-longest punt in the Big 12 during the 2018 season and the longest since Krause had a 67-yarder against Iowa State in 2013... His five punts inside the 20-yard line at OU were the most since Nick Walsh had five at TCU in 2014... Also booted a 61-yard punt and had three of his four punts land inside the 20-yard line against Kansas.

COMMUNITY COLLEGE: Played one season at Coffeyville Community College under head coach Aaron Flores... Earned first team all-region and all-conference honors... Averaged 37.59 yards on 46 punts during the 2015 season, including a season-long of 55 yards against Ellsworth CC and Hutchinson CC... Had a season-high average of 42.2 yards on five punts against Independence CC... Also connected on 31 extra points during the season, including a 7-for-7 effort at Ellsworth.
